Bear Republic Peter Brown Tribute – a malty American Brown Ale, brewed with molasses, brown sugar, and hopped with Cascade and Centennial.6.3% ABV / Healdsburg, CA / Ratebeer 88 / Availability: Decent
Bear Republic Pace Car – Hoppy aromas of pine and citrus, with a smooth malt flavor that empties your glass at a speedy pace. This Session IPA is the newest addition to the Racer family. 4% ABV / Healdsburg, CA / Availability: Decent
Real Ale 20th Anniversary – A throwback to the brewery’s first flagship beer, Full Moon Pale Rye – now available in its most recent iteration as Full Moon Rye IPA – the Anniversary Ale combines the unique spiciness of rye with abundant doses of American hops, resulting in a beer bold enough to celebrate 20 great years of brewing. 7.5% ABV / Blanco, TX / Availability: Decent
Green Flash Palate Wrecker – Palate Wrecker was originally brewed for the Hamilton’s Tavern 2nd Anniversary celebration. It’s the most complicated West Coast–inspired IPA ever brewed by Green Flash—mashing and sparging with hopped wort, in addition to the hop layering regimen for IPA. Brewed with almost 6 lbs/bbl of Columbus and Centennial hops to create this very bitter hop monster (tested at 149 IBU and no extracts). 9.5% ABV / San Diego, CA / Ratebeer 99 / Availability: Decent
Breckenridge Summer – the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. SummerBright is the result. The craftsman’s touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest’s most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale. 4.5% ABV / Denver, CO / Availability: Plenty
Breckenridge Nitro Vanilla Porter – remarkably complex, wildly popular ale combines hints of chocolate, caramel, and coffee with an inventively delicious twist, for good measure. A vortex of flavors made even more alluring by a blast of nitrogen. 4.7% ABV / Denver, CO / Availability: Decent
Odell Prop Culture – An experiment with PROPagating different combinations of Belgian yeast CULTUREs and blending them in specific primary and secondary fermentations. The Saccharomyces cultures do the heavy lifting by converting the bulk of the wort sugars while the Brettanomyces cultures did the fine tuning to round out the flavor profile. The result of this experimentation led to PROP CULTURE, a project of 10+ yeast strains working together to create a fruit forward collage of flavors like pineapple, pear, mango, and banana balanced by a clove like spiciness. 7.1% ABV / Fort Collins, CO / Availability: Very Limited / Limit 1 per person
Alamo Maibock – Made with Pilsner and Munich malts plus Herzrbucker hops, expect a strong Bavarian-style spring lager with a sweet toffee and caramel character. With a refreshingly crisp full bodied flavor. 6.9% ABV / San Antonio, TX / Availability: Decent
Mikkeller Not Just Another Wit – The style taken to another level. Strong and hoppy. The world’s first IPW? Ingredients : Water, malt (pale and amber), unmalted wheat, flaked oats, hops (goldings, amarillo, saaz and cascade), spices (orange peel and coriander seeds) and yeast. 7.6% ABV / Copenhagen, Denmark / Ratebeer 97 / Availability: Limited
Full Sail Session Wheat – a premium American-style Hefeweizen. It’s medium-bodied featuring aromas of malted wheat with a citrusy hop finish. As with all great Hefeweizens, going back to their German roots, just enough residual yeast remains to give it a hazy golden pour. 5.4% ABV / Hood River, OR / Availability: Plenty
Urban Family Hoppy Magnolia – Made with Citra hops and their proprietary farmhouse yeast, Urban Family’s Hoppy Magnolia is intended to be enjoyed fresh. With notes of grassy citrus hoppiness this farmhouse ale finishes slightly dry. 7.1% ABV / Seattle, WA / Availability: Decent
