Stone Enjoy By 12.25.16 – This version of Stone Enjoy By IPA omits the part where they filter out the extra yeast, hop sediment and proteins that build up in beer as a natural result of the brewing process. By letting this IPA go unfiltered, its peach and tropical fruit hop flavors are amplified while its golden-hued color takes on a hazy appearance. 9.4% ABV / Escondido, CA / Ratebeer 100 / Availability: Limited
Stone Delicious IPA – Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. 7.7% ABV / Escondido, CA / Ratebeer 95 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only
Zilker ESB – This ale greets you with a crisp bitterness, but then quickly brings forth it’s malt complexity. Rich and toasty malts dominate and set this beer apart from its caramel driven English counterparts. 5.8% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good
Ranger Creek Small Batch No. 12 – The 12th edition of rare and experimental small batch release is a Rye Saison with Brettanomyces. They blended together barrels of one year aged Belgian Blonde ale that was inoculated with a fourth generation of our house sour barrels. 8.7% ABV / San Antonio, TX / Availability: Limited
New Belgium Tartastic – Brace yourself for a refreshingly tart snap. Tartastic’s lacto sour profile and fruity, spicy undertones enliven the taste buds with each bright, sessionable sip. 4.5% ABV / Fort Collins, CO / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Anderson Valley Winter Solstice – Winter Solstice Seasonal Ale begins with a very high original gravity to create a hearty and spicy brew with a deep amber hue and a smooth finish. 6.9% ABV / Boonville, CA / Beeradvocate 87 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
The Bruery So Happens it’s Tuesday – “So Happens it’s Tuesday” is a slightly less intense incarnation of Black Tuesday, reminding us that there is always some good to be found within the bad. 14% ABV / Placentia, CA / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Limited
Dogfish Head Beer for Breakfast – They took the original Chicory recipe, doubled the grain bill to hit 10% ABV, and tricked it out with all other sorts of delicious Breakfast-minded ingredients including lactose sugar (the sugar that lends Milk Stouts their character); barley malt smoked over local Fifer Orchards wood; maple syrup harvested from trees at Northfield Mount Hermon. 10% ABV / Milton, DE / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only
Brooklyn Insulated Lager – German Munich, roasted Carafa, and Pilsner malts create a nimble, racy body, while a helping of American black barley adds just a hint of roast coffee. A light dry hopping of American and German hops pitter-patters across the nose and dives into the dry, warming finish. 5.6% ABV / Brooklyn, NY / Ratebeer 88 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Deep Ellum Play Date – A burnish golden colored ale with notes of lemon, sun-kissed tea, raisins and fruit juice from the dates. Flavor is unexpected crisp medium sour complemented by sandy fruit, light malt and hops. 5.4% ABV / Dallas, TX / Availability: Limited / SoLa Only
Full Sail Bourbon Imperial Stout – A hearty brew that is black as night with a strong roasted malt character and a full body. After its initial release in January 2010, this Imperial Stout was aged for a full year in Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This extended aging presents hints vanilla and oak. 10.5% ABV / Hood River, OR / Ratebeer 99 / Availability: Decent
Green Flash Oculus Savage – Belgian-style IPA aged in red wine barrels. Brewed with amarillo, summit & nugget hops, trappist ale & brettanomyces claussenii yeast. 10.1% ABV / San Diego, CA / Ratebeer 95 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Uinta Rise & Pine – Juniper and piney hops build the framework for this bold dark ale. With its assertive bitterness and sweet malt finish, this beer stands tall above the rest. 7.5% ABV/ Salt Lake City, UT / Ratebeer 90 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Unibroue A Tout le Monde – À Tout Le Monde is a 4.5% abv dry-hopped Belgian-style saison that takes its name from a track on Megadeth’s 1994 album Youthanasia, and features the group’s mascot Vic Rattlehead on the label. 4.5% ABV / Chambly, Canada / Ratebeer 89 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only
Victory Hop Ranch – This powerful brew features full, juicy hop character, while expressing notes of mango, pineapple and the pleasantly sharp, biting edges of tart citrus fruit. 9% ABV / Downingtown, PA / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Decent
Lakewood Sin Mint Temptress – Harmonious flavors of fresh mint, vanilla, and a touch of graham cracker enhance the already rich chocolate profile of the beer. It’s delightfully sinful, pleasurably minty, and tastes kind of like a really good cookie. 9.1% ABV / Garland, TX / Ratebeer 97 / Availability: Decent
Deschutes Black Butte – A slight hop bitterness up front enhances the distinctive chocolate and roasted finish. It’s prized for its creamy mouthfeel and intense complex flavors. 5.2% ABV / Bend, OR / Ratebeer 96 / Availability: Good

Uinta Tangerine Hop Nosh – A play on their flagship IPA, this beer features an aromatic menagerie of tropical hops and tangerine zest. Wraps up with a crisp, bitter finish. 7.3% ABV / Salt Lake City, UT / Ratebeer 90 / Availability: Good
