Prairie Noir – Prairie Noir is a bourbon barrel aged imperial oatmeal stout. They brew this beer with a huge amount of oats to give it an ever so silky mouth feel. Notes of coffee, chocolate, and toasted marshmallow can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. Notes of whiskey and carmel are also packed into this beer. 11% ABV / Tulsa, OK / Ratebeer 99 / Availability: Limited

Prairie Coffee Noir – Coffee Noir is Prairie Noir kicked up a notch! Whole roasted espresso beans are added to the barrels in order to enhance the roasted and chocolate malt flavors in this intense beer. 11.5% ABV / Tulsa, OK / Ratebeer 89 / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Prairie Pirate Noir – Pirate Noir is their Jamaican rum barrel aged imperial oatmeal stout. This beer takes our already delicious Prairie Noir and adds intense notes of vanilla, coconut, and rum to the beer. 12% ABV / Tulsa, OK / Ratebeer 99 / Availability: Limited

The Bruery 9 Ladies Dancing – Inspired by flavors and ingredients found in tiramisu, including ladyfingers, 9 Ladies Dancing mimics the Italian dessert by whipping together flavor combinations and layers of its own. The Bruery Terreux Humulus Terreux Mosaic – Each batch of Humulus Terreux will use a different hop varietal and one of the several strains of Brettanomyces yeasts that have incubating in the laboratory to create a one of a kind, wildly traditional bière. 6.3% ABV / Anaheim, CA / Ratebeer 93 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Anderson Valley Horse Tongue – Belgian wheat beer aged in white wine barrels and allowed to become very slightly sour. This is a wonderful session beer for those of the “sour and funky” persuasion. 4.3% ABV / Boonville, CA / Ratebeer 90 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

De Ranke Pere Noel – A fantastic Christmas beer, but one that defies the universal custom of a stronger, spicier beer for the holiday season. At 7% alcohol by volume, this one is relatively lighter in alcohol than the Guldenberg, and does not pack the hop punch of the XX. It combines some of the best elements of those other two beers – with a fine balance of malt and hops, complex character, a refreshing dryness, and a gorgeous cellar aroma – but is distinguished by its festive copper color. 7% ABV / Dottignies, Belgium / Beeradvocate 86 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Mikkeller To/From/Via – Fra Via Til (From Via To) is a holiday Porter brewed with spices. Mikkeller Santa’s Little Helper – Inspired by the Belgian Christmas beers, known for their thick warming body, light spices and balanced hop profile. Orange peels and coriander seeds, along with the extreme fermentation temperatures, give a massive mix of fruity nuances. 10.9% ABV / Copenhagen, Denmark / Ratebeer 95 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Ridgeway Very Bad Elf – This Very Bad Elf is one fine ale – rich, hardy, and flavorful, brewed to an original 1795 Thames Valley recipe, with a very special pale amber malt that is rarely used nowadays, and balanced by a modest addition of English Fuggle aroma hops. 7.5% ABV / South Stoke, England / Beeradvocate 80 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Jolly Pumpkin Noel De Calabaza – Deep mahogany and malty, layered hops, figs, raisins, sugar plums, cashews betwixt rum laden truffles. 9% ABV / Dexter, MI / Ratebeer 97 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Real Ale Benedictum – Benedictum was inspired by the brown ales of Flanders. The primary fermentation was accomplished by house ale yeast. The beer was then racked to barrels and inoculated with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria to finish the job. Toffee notes are balanced by fruitiness and a pronounced acidity. Tart cherries add a further layer of complexity to this very drinkable sour ale. 5.4% ABV / Blanco, TX / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Limited / SoLa Only

Upslope Oatmeal Stout – Smooth, roasty and sessionable, this Oatmeal Stout packs full flavor and a robust body for a silky drinking experience. Brewed with oats, roasted malts and East Kent Golding hops. 5% ABV / Boulder, CO / Beeradvocate 86 / Availability: Limited / SoLa Only

Austin Beerworks Heavy Machinery English IPA – Unlike the huge assault of citrus and pine flavors of a modern American IPA, East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops create a flavor and aroma profile that is floral, earthy and delicate. Texas Keeper Cider Noir – Cider Noir is made from 100% Northern Spy apples double fermented with extra dark belgian candi, pecans and orange peel. Belgian candi, made from beet and date sugar, is a classic component of Dubbel and Trippel Ales. Dark fruit and toasted bread notes from the candi combine with ripe pear from the Spy. A hint of pecan and orange round out this stout cider. 10.1% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent

Santa Fe Adobe Igloo – New Mexican answer to the classic Winter Warmer: dark red, full-bodied, and malt-forward. Traditionally, Winter Warmers are balanced with extra hops or a Wintery spice blend. Offering chile flavor without heat and dusty raw cocoa rather than sweet chocolate. 6% ABV / Santa Fe, NM / Beeradvocate 80 / Availability: Good

*Deschutes Collage 2 – Hair of the Dog Collaboration. Layers of vanilla, caramel and molasses with roasted accents and complex malt character. Austin Beerworks/New Belgium Mango Berliner Weisse – This beer has Southern heat from habaneros, along with bright acidity from New Belgium’s proprietary house lacto strain. It finishes slightly savory from Texas smoked sea salt and has a hint of mango juiciness. 5.7% ABV / Austin, TX

Knee Deep Breaking Bud – Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.7% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. 6.5% ABV / Auburn, CA / Ratebeer 98
