Rentsch DDH IPA – Double dry-hopped IPA full of Cascade and Ekuanot. 8% ABV / Buda, TX / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only
Firestone Walker Bretta Rose 2018 – A low-alcohol Berliner Weisse, acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for six months, is the foundation for this gem. Add 1000 lbs. of fresh raspberries, allow a secondary wild fermentation for four more months and voila (!), a crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish. 5.3% ABV / Paso Robles, CA / RateBeer 99 / Availability: Limited
Firestone Walker Firestone Lager – Gambrinus pilsner malt establishes a crisp, dry base with a soft mouthfeel, while Noble German hops provide just a whisper of bitterness. The result is an impossibly smooth and immensely drinkable beer that aims to help redefine American Lager. 4.5% ABV / Paso Robles, CA / Availability: Good
4th Tap Kung Fu Robot – Finished entirely with Citra and Mosaic hops this IPA is juicy with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. A liberal addition of flaked oats gives the beer a creamy body. Juicy, creamy, and above all easy drinking. 7% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent
Brooklyn Summer Ale – Light-bodied refreshing summer pale ale. 5% ABV / Brooklyn, NY / Availability: Good
Dogfish Head Wood-Aged Bitches Brew (12oz bottle) – The Bitch is back, only this time they aged it on their oak and Palo tanks! An off-centered twist on their classic Bitches Brew, Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is still the same bold, dark, Imperial Stout you know and love! 9%ABV / Milton, DE / RateBeer 90 / Availability: Limited
Oasis Luchamosa – A perfect blend of their award-winning Luchesa Lager kellerbier and fresh Blood Orange juice creates a luxurious anytime radler. See also: canned sunshine. 5% ABV / Oasis, TX / Availability: Good
Stone Enjoy by 4.20.18 – Consistently delivered faster than any bottled IPA on the planet, Stone Enjoy By IPA facilitated a paradigm shift in respect for and enjoyment of hoppy beers by ensuring craft beer fans the ultimate level of freshness. This intense double IPA is brewed with more than 10 different hops, employing hop-bursting and dry-hopping techniques to amp up the peach and tropical fruit notes and overall hop factor. Brewed specifically NOT to last, this devastatingly fresh, golden beauty should be enjoyed within 37 days. 9.4% ABV / Escondido, CA / Availability: Decent
Stone Totalitarian Imperial Russian Stout – Built from the backbone of Stone’s classic Imperial Russian Stout, Stone Totalitarian Imperial Russian Stout certainly celebrates the hallmarks of the style – it pours jet-black with a fluffy chocolate head and tastes of deeply dark fruit flavors with rich chocolate and coffee overtones. Yet, however old world in nature, this particular rendition of an IRS is flavored with new world hops, intensifying its berry flavors and aroma while subtly introducing a juicy melon undertone. The result is a spectacularly sinful delight. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, comrade. 10.6% ABV / Excondido, CA / Availability: Decent
Legal Draft Free n Clear – A traditionally brewed Helles Lager with gluten removed in the brewing process. Crisp and clean, its light body and easy drinkability make it a refreshing treat for today’s active beer aficionado. 4.9% ABV / Arlington, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Rabbit Hole Berserker – A rich, sweet, full bodied Strong Scotch Ale. Its low hop bitterness and lightly toasted bread notes complement the rich caramel and dark fruit flavors that abound in this brew. Although the style sometimes is referred to as a “Wee Heavy,” their rendition of a Strong Scotch Ale strikes a perfect balance between sweet caramelized flavors and a velvety smooth finish. 8% ABV / Justin, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
New Braunfels Brewing Co. Jose the Rose Gose – Jose is a blend of 50% TX grown rose and 50% salty wheat beer. Bright, acidic, and light on the palate, this beer is an honest homage to the passionate winemakers of the TX wine industry. 7.5% ABV / New Braunfels, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Hops & Grain Terpene Dream – A hoppy American Pale Ale loaded with Mosaic, Chinook and Nugget hops delivering flavors & aromas of tangerine, grapefruit zest and berries. 5.5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Arriving Friday)
New Beers on Draft at WhichCraft Taproom
Full Draft List Available on our Website
Real Ale Grapefruit Gose – A historic style from Northern Germany, Gose is a slightly sour wheat beer known for hints of coriander and a unique saltiness. In this twist on the style, they add fresh grapefruit purée after fermentation. The result is a delightfully tart and bright beer designed to refresh and renew, just in time for spring. 4.4% ABV / Blanco, TX
Two Wheel Brewing Race Pointe NEIPA – A ton of tropical fruit flavor is packed into this big IPA. Aromas of ripe mangoes and pineapple give way to flavors of peaches and apricots. They kept the bitterness low to let the tropical fruit flavors shine through. 8% ABV / Buda, TX
Live Oak Gold – Live Oak Gold is inspired by the pale lager that is the daily drinking beer of the Bavarian people. This is a crisp, bright lager that showcases soft malt flavors and is spiced with fine noble hops of the Hallertau region. Slow, cold fermentation and lengthy secondary conditioning produce a beer that is brilliant and beautiful. Please enjoy this beautiful artifact of a culture that places enjoyment of this fine lager bier at the center of polite society. 4.1% ABV / Austin, TX
Live Oak Hefeweizen – Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, HefeWeizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with equal parts wheat and barley malts and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla. A proper execution of the classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian style is perfectly at home here in Texas. 5.2% ABV / RateBeer 98
(512) Pecan Porter – This nearly black Porter is made with US 2-row and Crystal malts along with Baird’s Chocolate and Black malts. Mild smooth hop bitterness is contrasted with sharp black malt bitterness. It has a full body and malty sweetness balanced with subtle pecan aroma and flavor from locally grown pecans. 6.8% ABV / Austin, TX / RateBeer 96
5 Stones Shepherd Boy – Pale Ale dry hopped with ridiculous amounts of Citra hops! 6.3% ABV / New Braunfels, TX
Firestone Walker Helldorado – An Imperial Blonde Ale or Blonde Barley Wine, Helldorado has the lightest color of any of the beers in their barrel program but carries a great deal of interesting barrel character: vanilla, light char, and amazing lavender-honey notes. Rich, boozy, honey liqueur character and loads of smooth, sweet, toasted malt to finish. The El Dorado hops dance in the background without playing a dominant role in the flavor profile. 13.2% ABV / Paso Robles, CA / RateBeer 99
Saint Arnold Orange Show – Blonde ale with real blood oranges. 5.3% ABV / Houston, TX
Shacksbury Dry – Dry as the desert with straightforward apple. 6.5% ABV / Shoreham, VT
Firestone Walker Electric Union – Collaboration with Pinthouse Pizza. Notes of peach, apricot & grapefruit with a pillowy mouthfeel make this an easy drinker with a subtle bitter snap at the end. 6.3% ABV / Paso Robles, CA
