We’re super stoked about this pair of upcoming events. Make sure to drop by Lamar tomorrow Friday 5/18 at 5pm as Austin Beerworks helps us ring in our fourth anniversary with their very first 750ml bottle, Wizardry. This Imperial Stout has been aged in port and Witherspoon whiskey barrels with vanilla, chicory, and Vermont maple syrup. Pick up a bottle of this fantastic new beer. Then, try this beer again at Mueller on Saturday, May 19 from 4-7pm. We’ll be welcoming in (512) to sample their Whiskey Barrel-Aged Double Pecan Porter (wow!), and we’ll be cracking open some Wizardry to sample alongside it for a barrel-aged double shot.
And in celebration of our continued existence, we’re selling all our packaged beer for 10% off this weekend. Starting now and going through Sunday, May 20, anything you take to go…10% off. Happy 4th anniversary to us!
And keep buying our May Brewery of the Month, Austin Beerworks. Six packs of all their beers for $7.99. If it’s got a big A, it’s on sale, so come in and pick up a six pack or two now.
And finally, we want you…yes, YOU…to work at your favorite local bottle shop: talking beer, selling beer, and sometimes sampling said beer. We’re looking for someone – or someones – to work part-time primarily at our South Lamar location, with some Mueller shifts available, too. Prior retail experience is helpful, though not necessary, but you must have a love of beer and be helpful, outgoing, and willing to learn. Email resumes to jody [at] whichcraftbeerstore.com.

New Beers This Week
(All beer available at both WhichCraft locations unless otherwise noted)
Back in Stock: Firestone Walker Bretta Rose (Mueller)
Saint Arnold Not a Collaboration IPA – Not A Collaboration pours an opaque, gold/orange hue with a white head. The aroma bursts with a mixture of citrus, tropical fruit, and beautiful white grape character from the German hops. The flavor is an upfront citrus bomb with a mix of mango and juicy pineapple notes. The overall soft bitterness still provides a balanced hop flavor, which seems to mimic the pulp of the juice, but it doesn’t linger too long. 7.1% ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Limited / SoLa Only
Oasis El Grito – Austin gose lager with lime and salt. 4.3% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good
Independence High Boy – A head-on collision between old school West Coast Double IPA and the East Coast IPA haze craze. A resinous and fully juiced beast of a beer that’s been double dry-hopped with loads of late addition hops, cryo hops, and souped up with an experimental hop extract. Flaked barley powers a body that roars like a pre-1977 Ford F-250, AKA the Highboy. 8.5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good / Both Locations (Mueller Friday)
Founders Dankwood – What do you get when a big, bold imperial red IPA meets an oak bourbon barrel? A palate stunner that’ll send your senses spinning or, as we like to call it, Dankwood. Rich caramel notes emerge from the depths of the IPA, highlighting strong malt character while the bourbon barrel-aging develops the complexity. A dank, sticky and slightly sweet sipper, Dankwood is the perfect alchemy of wood and hops. 12.2% ABV / Grand Rapids, MI / RateBeer 90 / Availability: Limited
Barrow Swimming Hole – Honey Graham smell. With a slight refreshing sweet mouth feel. Great spring time beer. Salado, TX / 5.6% ABV / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
903 Gose – Lime with sea salt. 4.1% ABV / Sherman, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only
Champion Malibu Nights – Double IPA with tangerines and hibiscus. 8% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good
COOP Fly Me Away IPA – Fruit forward NEIPA. 7.8% ABV / Oklahoma City, OK / Availability: Good / Mueller Only
Circle Fanny Pack Kolsch – Fanny Pack Kolsch is pretty rad. A crisp, refreshing summer beer, the Fanny Pack is as cool, functional, and fashionable as it’s namesake. Bursting with only German Huell Melon hops, drinking this flavorful take on the bodacious Cologne classic is as righteous as hearing the sweet snap of your plastic fanny pack buckle. 4.8% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good / Mueller Friday
Martin House Mayahuel – Salty Lady aged in Tequila barrels. 5.5% ABV / Ft. Worth, TX / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only
Hops & Grain Saison de Carlita (Volumes of Funk) – Brewed in collaboration with Sour Duck Market Odd Duck using their sourdough yeast, Carlita. Then blended with their mixed culture saisons from their 15-barrel Foeder & barrels with apricots & raspberries. Austin, TX / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Full Draft List Available on our Website
Southern Heights Tahitian Dreamin’ – This majestic beauty tasting like a tropical voyage to the end of a rainbow. Brewed with Citra, Centennial, Simcoe and happiness. No reservations or tickets needed. 6.7% ABV / Austin, TX
4th Tap Can U Dig It? – A full-bodied, super crushable, malty Amber Ale. 6% ABV / Austin, TX
Oskar Blues Mama’s Little Yella Pils – a small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czechoslovakia famous. Mama’s is made with hearty amounts of pale malt, German specialty malts, and a blend of traditional (Saaz) and 21st century Bavarian hops. 4.7% ABV / Longmont, CO
Cigar City Tampa Lager – This Tampa-style Lager is inspired by the traditional German-style Helles, which translates to “light colored.” Perfect for the Florida heat, it’s a beer that’s made for drinkin’ when it’s truly hotter than helles outside. 4.5% ABV / Tampa, FL
