Texas Keeper Grafter Rosé – Predominately made with Rome Beauty apples, which pressed out a pale orange. The finished cider is blended with a small amount of red wine. Zilker Killer Light Kolsch – A simple, clean German style Kolsch that’s ready to throwback. True to style with Pilsner malt and yeast sourced from Koln. 5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good

de Ranke Saison de Dottignies – Saison de Dottignies is a high-fermenting saison with a relatively low alcohol content which makes for a well-balanced beer. Full of taste, but very drinkable. Lakewood Lemonale – Cascade, citra, and lemon drop hops with 2-row, wheat, and honey malt grain come together to make this light-bodied beer the perfect platform for a hint of real lemon juice. 4.7% ABV / Garland, TX
Zilker Keg Slinger – The goal was to create an easy drinker to come home to after a long day out on the streets. Made with Medusa, Simcoe, Simcoe cryo, and Sabro cryo hops. 4% ABV / Austin, TX
Zilker Snake Juice – Double IPA characterized by intense tropical flavor profiles. The Zilker Brewing team combined Azacca, Citra, and Hallertau Blanc hops with a simple grain combination, to allow the hops flavors to scream. While a normal IPA has about 2-3 pounds of hops per barrel, Snake Juice requires 11 pounds of hops per barrel. 9% ABV / Austin, TX
Thirsty Planet Cosmic Butterfly – Cosmic Butterfly is a Berliner Weiss Style Kettle Sour brewed with blue Butterfly Pea flowers to give it a cosmic color. It’s a lightly tart ale with a crisp malt character that finishes with a subtle lemon and tea character. 3.9% ABV / Austin, TX
Collective Tropsicle – A tart IPA with guava, grapefruit and Cascade hops. 5.3% ABV / Ft. Worth, TX
Family Business El Saico – True to their name, Mosaic hops express a wide range of aromas and flavors – from blueberry, lemon peel and mango to fresh pine, earth, and rose petal. For this beer, they used cryogenically processed Mosaic hops that are specially designed to capture all the intense aroma without imparting bitterness.
