Howdy, y’all! We hope everyone was able to have the most safe and fun Thanksgiving, possibly with a shared beer in person or over Zoom. Being as today is December 3rd, we can’t wait to hear how those of you with our advent calendar are enjoying them. Please share your thoughts, posts, and what you’re loving with our Whichcraft social media. A big thanks, again, to all of you for CRUSHING our preorder records and selling us completely out this year!
In other big news, we received final approval for our new beer garden right outside the front doors. We are excited to offer a new safe and socially distant way for you to come enjoy a pint or two with us. In light of this new addition, we are selling in glassware once again. That means 5 & 10oz pours are back! The guys were hard at work today making it just right for you, so we hope you can come enjoy it soon.
And don’t forget, we’ve decked our shelves with lots of great festive beers. So come and get ’em while we’ve got ’em!
Since Community Brewing was such a hit in November, we’re going to hang onto them for December, too! We’ll have their following favorites: Texas Lager and Citra Slice for $6.99 and 8.5% ABV Mosaic IPA is only $7.99. Snag them here!
Till next week, y’all!

Martin House Crunch Enhancer– Amaretto Stout with Pecans and Lactose. 8%ABV
Anchor Christmas 1.5L Magnum– A subtly spiced and sumptuously smooth winter warmer. 7%ABV
Delirium Noel 750ml– Its appearance is a superb warm copper to red color, recalling “Nocturnum” except in its taste. It hides its subtlety by multiple levels of flavor and should be approached with confidence, with a tinge typical Christmas, sauced with a sweet touch, then bitterness. 10%ABV
Stone Enjoy by 1.1.21– By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go un filtered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. 9.4%ABV
Stone Features & Benefits – An insanely flavorful, hop-forward IPA. Under 100 calories, with just 2.9 carbs and gluten reduced. 4% ABV!
Roughhouse Farmhouse #4 500ml– Collab w/Real Ale. Firemans #4 recipe fermented on Roughhouse’s house yeast and foeder aged. 5.1%ABV
Hopworks Abominable Winter Ale– Abominable is a perfect blend of caramel malts and Simcoe, Azacca, and Centennial hops, creating a complex, spicy, and citrusy winter ale. 7.3%ABV
Hopworks Bourbon Barrel Abominable– Abominable slumbered in Kentucky bourbon barrels for nine months to create this strong, seasonal classic with notes of vanilla, spice, and whiskey. 9.5%ABV
Hopworks Wish List– Hazy IPA with Cashmere, Cascade, and Australian Ella hops with notes of coconut, spice, and melon. 6.9%ABV
Hopworks Grizzly Snacks– With a beautiful color from a medley of marionberries, blackberries, and raspberries, this sour is quaffable and refreshing like a handful of a grizzly’s favorite snacks. 6%ABV
St. Feuillien Quad– St. Feuillien Quadrupel is dark, ruby brown in color with a slightly hoppy aroma, bitter but sweet, and blends harmoniously with the malty structure. The selection of special malts raises the chocolate side with the nuances of coconut. 11%ABV
Boulevard Whiskey Barrel Stout– Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. 11.8% ABV
Boulevard Deep Flux Barleywine– This barleywine is different, lighter in color than you might expect. It’s a rich, malty brew that beautifully complements the resplendent flavors of rye, Madeira, and oak lurking in the barrels. Aromas: Vanilla, butterscotch, whiskey. Malt: Roast, caramel.
Infamous Bad Santa Coffee Porter – A marriage of Camacho Stout and Invader Coffee Bad Santa blend that’s smooth, low acidic with nice rich caramel and vanilla flavors with hints of macadamia nuts and finishes with just a hint of sweetness. 8% ABV
New Draft Beers This Week (On-Premise Consumption or Off-Premise Crowlers)
Hitmaker West Coast IPA– A medium bodied IPA with fruity/citrusy flavors, slight pineapple aroma, with an above average bitterness for balance. 7% ABV
Modern Times Fruitlands – Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta.
Shacksbury & Other Half Arlo Colab – Aromatic, grapefruit, lightly sparkling, and dry. This cider is a blend of apples from Sunrise Orchards in Vermont and Basque bittersweet apples. The fermentation is slow using native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and aged for 3-6 months. Dry-hopped with Citra and Motueka. 6%ABV
Parking at WhichCraft Mueller. The garage behind us on McBee is free to use.
