You’ve seen the difference and it’s getting better all the time!  At least that’s what we hope you’ve noticed here at Whichcraft in the past few months. Today we’re announcing that starting next week, we’re extending our hours! They’ll look as follows- Monday 8am-9pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday & Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 12pm-9pm.  We really look forward to having more time to serve you folks ALL the tasty beverages.

Make sure not to miss our newest brewery from Florida: Big Storm! There’s also some cool new drops from Humble Forager, Fair State, and Untitled Art! This weekend we’ll also be tapping this years release of Barrel Aged Pecan Porter.  Come enjoy a pint with us in the beer garden.

B-52 Super Smoothie PB&J -This Peanut Butter & Jelly inspired Imperial Sour is bursting with plum puree paired with a huge peanut butter flavor. It tastes exactly like a PB&J your mom used to make! 10% ABV

B-52 Vienna Lager -Traditional German Vienna Lager. 5.2%

B52 Wheeze the Juice -Rather than walk the more established road of West Coast IPAs, we’ve opted for “the one less traveled by.” Ours is a New England IPA. An IPA for Robert Frost and JFK. An Atlantic anomaly that lacks the bold (occasionally belligerent) hoppiness of its Pacific cousin. Instead, this is a juicy beer with a tropical aroma and gentle mouthfeel, free from the bitterness and bite that has made breweries like Lagunitas and Stone famous for their IPA. 5.5% ABV

Hopworks Giggle Nuggets Dank IPA – This IPA is so dank you’ll feel like it’s giggling at you with every sip you take. Brewed with Trident, Idaho 7, Altus, Chinook, and Columbus hops, Giggle Nuggets is packed with fruity, resinous hop flavors. ABV 7.5%

Big Storm Sunny Key Lime Fruited Wheat -Wheat ale brewed with key lime, is a true sip of Florida sunshine. Key lime puree straight from the Florida Keys adds a smooth taste and sweet Key lime aroma. Subtle wheat characters paired with the citrusy flavors of the Key limes makes this beer burst with flavor. 4.5% ABV

Big Storm Nitro Oats in Hose -Made with over 200 pounds of oats, this beer is a fun interpretation of an oatmeal stout. We use a strategic combination of Munich, Caramalt and chocolate malts with light noble hops to balance this complex flavor profile. The copious addition of oats in this mash lends to a creamy and smooth mouthfeel. Keep and serve as cold as hail! Available in 16 oz., 4-packs in local retailers, on draft in Big Storm taprooms and throughout Florida. 6.5% ABV

Big Storm Bromosa -We brewed the ultimate beverage for the bro (or sis) that isn’t into sweet bubbles served in pretentious, highfalutin glassware. BroMosa is a dry-hopped juicy IPA with a name that makes it socially acceptable to drink in the morning or anytime of day. Expect a strong punch of tangerine flavor followed by a dry and hoppy finish that even the self-proclaimed “IPA-hater” enjoys. 7% ABV

Blue Owl Little Gose Peach Cobbler -Our refreshing salty-sour wheat is perfect for your summertime shenanigans. Be on the lookout for these limited variations of Little Gose.This summer’s Little Gose is sour peach cobbler for the Liquid Bake Sale benefiting the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. 3.4% ABV

El Segundo VISIT El Segundo DIPA -Want to get away? If a small, tucked-away beach town is what you’re looking for, then you should VISIT EL SEGUNDO! Located just south of LAX, it has all the charms of “Anytown, USA,” with access to miles of beautiful sand and surf. While you’re here, be sure to check out El Segundo’s very own El Segundo Brewing Company and The Slice & Pint for some of the best beers and pizza Southern California has to offer. All this, with a nice touch of nostalgic Americana, it’s no wonder this little slice of heaven is called “Mayberry.” 7.7% ABV

Epic Creamside IPA -We used oranges plucked directly from our very own brown paper lunch sacks and milk from the cartons in vacant lunchrooms to brew this iconoclastic milkshake IPA 8.5% ABV

Fair State Big Doinks -Big Doinks is an extra dank IPA brewed with copious amounts of the stickiest hops available. 6.5% ABV

Fair Double Strata -Double Dry-Hopped Double IPA hopped exclusively with our hand-selected lots of Oregon Strata from Indie Hops. Massively tropical, with aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, citrus, and a waft of dankitude 8.6% ABV

Fair State Vienna Lager -Medium-bodied amber lager. Toasty, crisp bitterness, herbal hop nose. 5.3% ABV

Humble Forager Coastal Sunset V2 -Fruited Dessert Sour. This version of Coastal Sunset is based on the flavors in a cherry cheesecake. Rich flavors of tart cherries atop velvety smooth cream cheese, backed by crispy graham crackers, vanilla and a marshmallow topping, create this decadent sour.

Humble Forager Coastal Sunrise Breakfast Parfait -Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Honey, Granola, Lactose. Breakfast Parfait Sour Ale 6% ABV

Untitled Art Double Chocolate Fudgy Brownie -Heavy chocolatey fudgy boozy. 11.7% ABV

Untitled Art Imperial Seltzer Boysenberry Lime Smoothie -Smoothie seltzer with boysenberry, lime and vanilla. 9% ABV

Untitled Art New Zealand DDH Juicy IPA -Brewed with all New Zealand hops featuring Moteuka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & Wai-iti. With flavors and aromas of fresh cut melon, strawberries and apricot. 7% ABV

Untitled Art ‘Non-Stop’ Dry Hopped IPA  -Wisconsin- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.5% ABV. Dry hopped India Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic, Sabro and Lotus hops. a Special system of dry hopping every day during the brewing process was used.

Great Divide Strawberry Rhubarb -Strawberry Rhubarb Sour. 5.2% ABV

Ommegang Neon Lights -Phosphorescent fruit flavors fly in this juicy, sessionable New England IPA. Bright, refreshing, and vividly dry-hopped, its unfiltered glow will illuminate your senses. 4.3% ABV

Stone Enjoy By 4.20.21 -We’ve been brewing the groundbreaking Stone Enjoy By IPA series since 2012. Despite dozens of releases and a few variants over the years, we’ve never done a hazy version… until now. Stone Enjoy By 04.20.21 Hazy IPA is a celebration of those magical little green buds we call hops. This stunningly fresh imperial IPA is brewed to be enjoyed within 37 days, so don’t let the back of your fridge bogart. Sit back, relax, and take this puppy down in a blaze of hazy glory with a big ol’ rip series of thoughtful sips. 9% ABV

903 Tiki Room Slushy -Berliner Weisse packed full of passion fruit, pineapple, coconut, and guava. 6.2% ABV.

903 Down With the Pastryarchy Strawberry Cake Cream Ale -Inspired by and brewed with the revered strawberry cake from Mom’s Bakery in Sherman, this cream ale is bold and whimsical with layers of strawberry and vanilla, imparted by hundreds of pounds of strawberry puree and vanilla. The additions of oats and lactose lend a thick body that gives the beer a cakey fullness. You can have your cake and drink it too. 5.3% ABV

Buffalo Bayou Bananas Foster -In a food coma induced by crawfish or steak few things in life are as delicious and decadent as bananas foster slathered over a scoop of vanilla. You know that feeling when you’re so stupid full you laugh when dessert comes then stuff your face anyway? 8.6% abv invented in n’awlins perfected in houston. They put it on a plate we put it in your glass. Drink up monkey it’s time to go bananas. Tasting notes: notes of fresh banana up front with a rich caramel mouthfeel and full-bodied dark chocolate finish.

Pinthouse Cosmic Nectar -Give in to the gravitational attraction created by this Juicy IPA, packed with an earth-shattering amount of Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops. This star bursts with tropical fruit, juicy peach, and dank notes, complemented by a soft and pillowy mouthfeel. 7.5% ABV

Bell’s Oberon -Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with our signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. Made with only 4 ingredients, and without the use of any spices or fruit, Oberon is the color and scent of sunny afternoon. 5.8% ABV
