Perhaps you don’t TikTok the hours away like I do, but man those Backyardigans have some sick beats y’all! Ol’ McDonald’s going to have to sell the farm to keep up on production value. Thanks to all of the tortured parents of the past decade for my current amusement. I’ll pour one out for you.

Tomorrow night the fine folks from Roughhouse will be in doing a tasting of their wonderful products from 5:30-8pm. Hi Sign’s coming in on the 24th, too!!! We’re actively working on wrangling in more folks for more pint nights. See, we truly do care about you.

City Orchard Silver Tip – Silver Tip, part of our Apple Tree Series, is a hand-crafted semi-dry cider.  Made with a blend of tree-ripened, heritage and culinary apples, Silver Tip is a refreshing and complex cider that pairs well with any occasion.  As the apple tree awakens from its winter slumber, the fruit bud separates at the tip, exposing silver tissue.  It is only a matter of months before the Silver Tip becomes an apple that we press and craft into this refreshing cider.  ABV 6.9%

El Segundo DDH Citra Pale Ale -The base is very similar to the very straightforward Blue House Pale Ale. We swap our the crystal malt for some vienna, and then after fermentations we add an insane amount of Citra for a Double Dry-hop. The result? A hop monster with a whole lotta citrus aroma up in yo face! This beer is a real crowd pleaser because of its up front fruitiness, and restrained bitterness. We often find that people who don’t even like “hoppy” beer love it! Give it a sample, and find out the glory that is the Citra hop. 5.5% ABV

El Segundo Brave the S-Pipe -If you’re looking for a “locals only” surf spot on your visit, then you need to “BRAVE THE S-PIPE!” Affectionately named for exactly what you think it is, these beautiful A-Frame waves are created by this artificial reef but fear not, this s-pipe is 5-miles long! With surf suitable for all boards and experience levels, and a year round water rating of “A+,” the only thing you really have to brave are the waves themselves! 8.8% ABV

Lone Pint El Cuero White Stout -El Cuero White Stout is a whimsical beer characterized by the disconnect between its appearance and flavor; using Maris Otter, Caramalt, flaked oats, flaked barley, Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs, and Cuvee Coffee. The Cuvee Coffee is brewed with Colombian Coffee from the Las Mingas Project co-op. Tasting notes: Pours a rich yellow, with white head, but drinks with all of the complex chocolate and roasted coffee flavors expected from a stout. 8.1% ABV

Panther Island Sour Bush -Lemon Hibiscus Sour brewed in collaboration with Uncle Bekah’s Inappropriate Trucker Hats. Inspired by her love for pretty plants and the famous West Texas Lemon Chilton! 4.2%

Untitled Art PB&J Imperial Stout -Imperial Stout brewed with REAL peanut butter, like a lot of real peanut butter then a blend of strawberry, raspberry, and black current purées to get the jam-like flavor just right, then a little bit of milk sugar for extra sweetness. 11% ABV

Ciders of Spain Apple Blossom Buzz -A light, honey-kissed Cider made in the Brut Spanish-style for a crisp, dry finish. 6% ABV

FiftyFifty Donner Party Porter -Sustenance to get you through those long, cold winters, the Donner Party Porter is another of FiftyFifty’s flagship beers. Reminiscent of dark chocolate, espresso, and dark dried fruits with a long complex finish, this beer is good for one of those nights where you’ve dug yourself into a snow bank because the ski trip didn’t go quite as planned. Deep brown with mahogany highlights, the hops and malt are very well balanced leaving one to contemplate the myriad of flavors as the beer warms. Moderate to slightly heavy, this beer is heaven in a glass. 7.2% ABV

Bishop Texas Strawberry -If you like strawberries, have we created a beauty for you. Introducing in this corner, Texas Strawberry. And yes it is big, bold, beautiful and all things strawberry. Even the winter frost couldn’t stop us from doing this, although it did delay it a bit. BIg strawberry nose leads into a first sip with the sweetness of the berries and the slight acidity of the apples. 8.5% ABV

21st Amendment Brew Free Tropical IPA -The 21st Amendment Brewery takes an island vacation with their latest year-round release Tropical Brew Free! or Die IPA (6.8% ABV). … Tropical Brew Free! or Die IPA was built from the ground up with a lighter malt bill and a touch lower in alcohol giving this beer a refreshing tropical aroma and flavor. 6.8% ABV

Duvel Tripel Hop -Dry-hopped with Citra. 9.5% ABV

Oskar Blues Guava Rodeo -Saddle up for a bulldogger of a tart ale w/ tropical pink guava & citrusy tangerine flavors. We’ve wrangled together notes of papaya, passion fruit & melon for a refreshing, spritzy brew w/ just the right amount of sour. This one’s got spurs. 6% ABV

Hedgehog Crush Landing -Farmhouse-Style Sour aged 11-15 months then referenced on fruit. Fermented in oak with 100% wild Hill Country yeast and bacteria. 8%ABV

St Feuillien Grand Cru -Grand Cru is a speciality beer carefully crafted. This extra-blond amber nectar masterpiece undergoes re-fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a beer endowed with unforgettable character. The secret lies in the unique combination of the most noble hops and the finest aromatic ingredients. Grand Cru differs from other beers in the range by its absence of spices. Moody Tongue Steeped Emperors Lemon Saison -This 6.3% medium-bodied Saison carries the flavors of a lemon meringue pie alongside the aromatics of Meyer lemons. The resulting Saison has a pineapple color and a dry finish. 6.3% ABV

Prairie Just The Juice -Brewed with apricots, blood oranges, mangoes, and vanilla. 7.4%ABV

Prairie Spicy Pickle Monster -Sour ale with spicy dill pickles, orange, lemon, and lime. 5.8%ABV

Bruery Offshoot Drifting Pale Ale -Like all of the deliciously laid-back beers that Offshoot makes, Drifting Pale Ale is an ode to classic, drinkable hoppy beers. Drifting is everything you want out of a pale ale: it’s loaded with hop character and drinks crisp, clean, and at 5.5% ABV

Odd Side Ales Deleterious -Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with absolutely no adjuncts added! Aromas of raw cocoa and espresso mingle with vanilla, bourbon, and oak. Full bodied with dark roasted malts and rich mousse followed by warming alcohol and semi dry finish. 14.3% ABV

Tierra Buena Super Berry Hard Seltzer -Mixed berry hard seltzer. 5% ABV

Untitled Art Raspberry Mango Vanilla Smoothie Seltzer -Literally bursting with flavor, like seriously this one’s a gusher heads-up. But once it calms down, man are you rewarded. On our second official smoothie seltzer, we teamed up with Omnipollo once again to turn the fruit flavor wheel to an 11. This time with the unique combo of Raspberry & Mango puree. It is hands down the thickest thing we’ve ever made and the flavor is there to back it up. We hope you enjoy this particular beverage as much as we do. Open over a sink and maybe grab a spoon. 5% ABV

Hopworks High Lift Cherry Sour -This delightful Kettle Sour is packed with both tart and dark sweet cherries. Deep rich red color from the bountiful cherry blend and caramel malts. Cherry aromas jump up from the glass and it finishes with a mouthwatering cherry medley. 5.8% ABV

Lakewood Big D IPA #2 -Our DDH Hazy IPA series explores that wonderful world of hops. Big D IPA #002 is extra juicy thanks to a generous double dry hop with Lotus, Sultana, and Azacca cryo. 8% ABV
Roughhouse Premiere 2021 -First release of the Underground Series—a wild ale fermented in our on-site natural limestone cave. The beer features nearly all Texas ingredients: malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, water from our on-site well, wild yeast from the property and present in the air the night of the cooling, and hops aged in Jester’s pole barn. 5.9% ABV

Roughhouse Pilsner -This old-world Pilsner, lagered in oak, is crisp with a pronounced bitterness. 4.8% ABV

Save the World Rex Servus Grisette -A light beer with fabulous flavor, hint of lemon tartness and utterly refreshing. 4.2% ABV

Twisted X Fuego -This Pilsner is all beer, has a jalapeno aroma, a mild jalapeno flavor, and leaves you with pleasant warmth in the back of your throat. 6.5% ABV

Ingenious Tangerine Creamsicle Double Froyo -New England hazy milkshake style double IPA with tangerine, orange, vanilla beans, and milk sugar. 8.2% ABV

Buffalo Bayou German Chocolate Cake -One of the richest recipes we’ve ever bottled, this fat kid’s heaven is built from the stuff dreams are made of: smooth, rich chocolate, woody, robust coconut, and velvety vanilla. Unmistakable coconut flavor crumbles onto a gooey chocolate malt base, glazed with an airy, buttery-smooth finish. 7.6% ABV

903 Charms -Cream ale with milk sugar, cherry, and marshmallow. 10.7% ABV
