Alesmith Tropical Marmalade -The third release in our Hopwright Series is a hazy IPA brewed with Aloha, a tropical hop blend that brings out notes of red berries, mango, and citrus in this smooth beer. Tropical Marmalade is a creamy, full-bodied pour that will fit right in to your end of Summer plans. 7.1%ABV

De La Senne Bruxellensis -Here it is!! Their latest baby, of which they are very proud: the BRUXELLENSIS, 4 months bottle refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast. Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6,5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher 6.5% ABV

Decadent Ales Blueberry Cream pop DHIPA -All mosaic dry-hopped double IPA brewed with blueberries and Madagascar vanilla beans. This beer was formerly named Blueberry Creamsicle. 8.6% ABV

Chimay Grande Reserve Barrel Fermented -Soft vanilla notes hit the nose first and unleash a wave of fruity and spicy aromas that blow the taster away. A sublime hint of orange gives the beer a pleasant citrus accent as the perfect match for the sweet caramel. There is also room for a floral undertone with camomile, crowned by a subtle touch of pomegranate and a dash of almond liqueur. A brilliant combination of delicious apricot and candied fruit with creamy mocha epitomises the full-bodied complexity of the beer. The aftertaste also packs a delicious punch, with an astounding spicy kick and a refreshing taste of green apple. 10.5% ABV

Texas Keeper Cortland Demi-Sec 2020 -This is a Cortland-Honeycrisp blend that reminded us so much of German Rieslings, we decided to leave it a tad sweeter than our typical dry ciders. Citrus blossom on the nose, honeyed apricot on the palate, this is our first “Demi-Sec” cider. 7.6% ABV

Independence Peach Emoji -Sour ale with peaches and black tea. 6.5% ABV

Austin Eastciders Maker’s Stash Lemon Ginger -Lemon Ginger Cider is crafted with bittersweet apples blended with bright, acidic lemons and finished with a beautiful bite of ginger. 6.5% ABV

Lazy Magnolia Bad Captain Margarita -Bright and refreshing natural lemon and lime flavors burst with the light sour backbone. Finished with a touch of salt. 4.8%ABV

Thirsty Planet Spot On Pils -Spot On Pils is a classic Czech-style pilsner, balanced with Bohemian pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and a crisp lemongrass finish. It’s the perfect beer during a game of fetch or after a relaxing off-leash hike through the Greenbelt. 4.4% ABV

 

New Wines This Week

Popup Sparkling 2019 – The 2019 Popup is 100% Chardonnay and comes from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes region in Washington State. Released with around 8 grams of dosage, it has a clean, pretty nose of tart lemons, green apple, and mint, with a good kiss of sulfur that takes some time to blow off. Hitting the palate with medium-bodied richness, it’s nicely balanced and has integrated acidity, plenty of fruit, and a great finish. Just make sure you give bottles plenty of air if drinking any time soon. It’s a terrific value in juicy, delicious sparkling wines. 12.5% ABV

Substance Chardonnay 2019 – A straightforward, fruity chardonnay with sliced ripe apple and some vanilla character. It’s medium-bodied with a firm texture and a pleasing, juicy and flavorful finish. Hint of toasty character. Barrel-fermented with native yeasts. Drink now. 14% ABV

 

Save the World Rex Servus Grisette– A light beer with fabulous flavor, hint of lemon tartness and utterly refreshing. 4.2% ABV

Bluebonnet Amber Ale – This crowd favorite is based upon an award-winning recipe from David’s home brewing days. A non-traditional American amber with a large dose of Cascade hops resulting in a strong hop aroma and flavor profile supported by a firm, malty backbone. Think of it like an amber colored IPA without the high degree of bitterness. 6.5% ABV

Zilker Wolfmobile– This lager is unlike any we’ve made before…we utilized the hop back filled whole leaf strata hops to transfer the delicate oils, flavor and aroma that would otherwise be lost in the boiler. Add a touch of Simcoe, the same yeast used in pilsgnar and voilà! The result is a crispy pour with big berry blast flavors and a pillowy mouthfeel. It’s refreshing, light and may give you the energy of Scott Howard in Teen Wolf. 5.3% ABV

Zilker Over Asking DIPA – This east side gem was just listed! The fresh interior features tropical-fruity flavors with a subtly sweet and creamy foundation. OVER ASKING DIPA is giving us major pineapple upside down cake vibes with a mango-pine aroma. Hot neighborhood, close to HEB, small lot, stainless steel appliances not included. 8.5% ABV

Adelbert’s Hibiscus Saison –This saison’s pink color inspired us to give a percentage of the proceeds to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas. Brewed with hibiscus flowers and dry hopped with Citra, this ale blends a hint of tartness with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. We recommend pairing it with fresh fruit salad, lemon tarts or Hawaiian pulled pork. 5.6%

Meanwhile Always For Pleasure – We put our heads together with the Kinda Tropical team to produce a supremely crushable and obviously tropical Hazy Pale. Ask and you shall receive. A smooth, wheat forward malt body. We taste papaya, mango, tangerine, and guava. 5.7% ABV

Meanwhile Secret Beach IPA – A San Diego Style IPA with a light biscuity malt character that allows the hop flavors to shine through. Notes of marmalade, blueberries and the devil’s lettuce. 6.2%ABV 55IBU
