Santa Fe Before Noon Imperial Java Stout – A complimentary and complex array of bitter notes comes form potent American hops, earthy British hops, black-roasted malts and, of course, coffee. Real Ale White – Real Ale recently rebranded every single thing about their brewery – colors, logo, packaging, website, etc. White, the spring seasonal, is a Belgian-style witbier brewed with traditional ingredients, such as unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander, and fermented with a house Belgian yeast strain. With a dry hop level that matches an IPA, White features a commanding aroma more like its American peers than its Belgian ancestors. 4.6% ABV/Blanco, TX/Ratebeer 91/Availability: plenty
Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter – Hop Hunter IPA harnesses the complex flavors of just-picked hops through an all-new method of steam distilling wet hops before they even leave the fields. This revolutionary technique captures and intensifies the natural flavors, creating a unique and intensely aromatic beer. The custom process gathers pure hop oil which, when combined with traditional whole-cone hops in the brew kettle and in the Sierra Hop Torpedo, makes for an incredible IPA experience. 6.2% ABV/Chico, CA/Ratebeer 97/Availability: plenty
Uinta Cahoots Saison – Brewed in collaboration with homebrewer Tom Shivers, this saison exhibits notes of subtle spice and fruit esters balanced by delicate malt character. Cahoots boasts earthy saison yeast characteristics with refreshing citrus fruit flavors and aroma. 6% ABV/Salt Lake City, UT/Beer Advocate 85/Availability: plenty

Smuttynose Durty Hoppy Brown Ale – The 18th in Smuttynose’s Small Batch series, this hoppy brown ale uses Polaris, a new German high alpha hop variety for bittering, which is then followed by Nugget for the flavor additions, and finally a boatload of Simcoe post-fermentation for dry-hopping. The malt selection is a bit heavier on the nutty character and dark cocoa notes. 8.4% ABV/Hampton, NH/Ratebeer 96/Availability: limited
Ska Hibernal Vinefra – Oak-aged Foreign-style stout brewed with Malbec grape juice in 6 pack cans! Yum. 8% ABV/Durango, CO/Ratebeer 94/Availability: limited

Lemon, some hay and herbs, fresh hops, faint sour cherry, floral notes, faint honey. Crisp and sour start, but sweet too, like sugared slices of lemon. Bitter hops, but not enough to cover the sweetness. 10% ABV/Moen, Belgium/Beer Advocate 86/Availability: limited/*Arriving Friday
Alvinne Balthazar Belgian Strong Ale* – Aroma of dark caramel malt, yeast, some dark fruity esters. Taste is sweet caramel malt, Belgium yeast, with some zesty ginger notes and coriander as well. A full body with mild carbonation and sweet malt very yeasty on the palate. 9% ABV/Moen, Belgium/Ratebeer 85/Availability: limited/*Arriving Friday
Prairie Apple Brandy Noir* – Prairie keeps up the tradition of making their Noir imperial stout and aging it in a variety of fancy liquor or wine casks. This version arriving Friday is aged in apple brandy barrels. 12% ABV/Krebs, OK/Ratebeer 99/Availability: decent/*Arriving Friday
Left Hand Wake Up Dead Oak Aged Imperial Stout – Wake Up Dead hibernates in Left Hand’s cellars for over 12 months before being blended to woody perfection. Hints of raisins, cherry, licorice and toffee, followed by earthy, herbal hop notes. 10.2% ABV/Longmont, CO/Ratebeer 98/Availability: plenty
Avery Uncle Jacob’s Stout – Another beast from Avery, this one is an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels. Ska Nefarious Ten Pin Imperial Porter – This imperial porter brings strong bitter chocolate with a hint of coffee, bing cherries and a consistency as thick as the Hershey’s syrup. The finish leaves more chocolate, but with the addition of fig and date flavors. 8% ABV/Durango, CO/Ratebeer 92/Availability: plenty
Brewdog Hardcore IPA – The Hardcore IPA is chocked full of the American Centennial, Columbus, and Simcoe hops which present themselves with some intense citrus, pine, and spicy notes. Backed up by a strong malty backbone with notes of whisky, rum, and liquid candy. 9.2% ABV/Scotland/Ratebeer 99/Availability: plenty
Ranger Creek Red Headed Stranger Red IPA – This homage to one of the Lone Star State’s most beloved songwriters is a Red IPA great for Texas weather.
