Back in stock – Independence Southern Hemi High Boy, Tupps Full Grown Jack, 4th Tap House of Torment, Avery Vanilla Bean Stout, Stone Xocoveza, American Solera Foederville, Panther Island Road Trip Snacks.
Texas Keeper Cortland Demi-Sec – This is a Cortland-Honeycrisp blend that reminded us so much of German Rieslings, we decided to leave it a tad sweeter than our typical dry ciders. Citrus blossom on the nose, honeyed apricot on the palate, this is our first “Demi-Sec” cider. 7.4% ABV
Texas Keeper Heirloom – Texas Keeper Heirloom is a cider blended from four classic American heirloom apples and a small lot of bittersweets. Rhode Island Greening is the second oldest apple grown in the U.S., dating from around 1650, and lends notes of grapefruit and white pepper. Ben Davis (~1800) contributes ripe pear and spice, Baldwin brings lovely soft acidity and a hint of stone fruit. Heirloom was aged on medium toasted French Oak contributing structure and a hint of vanilla to this exceptional cider. 7.2% ABV
Martin House Colombiana – Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Cherries and Coconut. ABV 12.7%
Lakewood Level 3 Dungeon Escape – Juicy, hazy, and bursting with Cashmere, Citra and Motueka hops. 8% ABC
Lakewood Lions Share VIII – Big, bold, Russian Imperial Stout aged in fresh Rhum barrels from Martinique. Comes in a fancy box with two 12oz bottles. 15.2% ABV
Hedgehog DDH Hoptimism – Double dry-hopped IPA, soft and citrusy with citra, simcoe, and ekuanot hops. 6.2% ABV
Austin Beerworks Black Thunder – If a stout and a pilsner had a lovechild, it would be Black Thunder. It would also be a miracle, because beer can’t “get it on.” This miniature powder keg starts with a roasted, bread-like complexity but finishes dry and clean like a pilsner. It’s dark, distinctive, and dry. 5.3%ABV
B-52 Laurel – This hazy DIPA was brewed with barley, oats and wheat and hopped with Loral, Citrus, and Cascade hops. Floral and herbal character backed up with a citrus and fruity aroma. Finishes smooth for the ABV. 8.4% ABV
B-52 Pils – German Pilsner fermented with Danish Lager (OYL-104). Clean, crispy flavor with biscuit notes of honey, citrus and flowers with a light body. 5.1% ABV
B-52 Shaka – West Coast Style Double IPA. Brewed and Double dry-hopped with only Mosaic hops. Using a single hop accentuates the tropical flavors that Mosaic provides. Expect intense citrus, peach, and tropical fruit (especially mango). 8.5% ABV
B-52 Smoothie Tart – Blackberry & Peach Crumble version. Fruited Berliner Weisse with peach, blackberry, lemon zest, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, and brown sugar. Aromas of perfectly ripe fruit along with the savoriness of cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
Prairie Snickerdoodle Noir – Vanilla Noir with Snickdoodle cookies added from the fine folks at Crave Nuts. ABV 13%
Ranger Creek BBA Russian Imperial Stout – Boozy raisin, toffee, roasted malt, oak, and coffee. Aged in Wild Turkey bourbon and Ranger Creek .36 bourbon barrels. ABV 13.3%
Nine Band Candy Corn Scream – Cream ale with candy corn. ABV 5.9%
Prairie Key Lime Pie – Sour ale with key lime and vanilla ABV 5%
Clown Shoes Churro Sombrero – Mexican-Style Chocolate Stout with Vanilla Beans and Cinnamon. ABV 7%
Clown Shoes Josh the Boss Hog – Barleywine Ale with Plum Puree and aged in Whistle Pig Samurai Scientist Rye Whiskey Barrels. ABV 11%
Symbol Strawberry Hefeweizen – Hefeweizen with strawberries ABV 5.2%
Symbol Pastry Gose – Peaches and cream gose. ABV 4.7%
Symbol West Coast IPA – Chinook, Columbus, Cascade, Mosaic, Anarillo and Simcoe hops. Brewed by 3 Nayions Brewing Company ABV 7.3%
Firestone Walker Cherry Barrel Blossom – Imperial Porter aged in bourbon barrels for one year and six to eight months in cherry bitters barrels. The final blend is 88% bourbon barrel-aged beer mixed with 12% cherry bitters barrel-aged beer. The bourbon and cherry bitters barrels give the beer aromas and flavors of cherry, bourbon, vanilla, tobacco and milk chocolate. Finally, you then add the mild inclusion of sea salt that brings all these flavors together while adding mouthfeel. ABV 11.2%
Bell’s Kalamazoo Stout – Named after the city where it all began, Kalamazoo Stout is one of our most classic recipes. This smooth, full-bodied stout offers a blend of aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, balanced with a significant hop presence. 6% ABV
Bell’s Larry’s Latest Juicy IPA – Bells’ latest Juicy India Pale Ale is highly aromatic with a soft hop bitterness that explodes with notes and aromas of citrus and peach. ABV 6%
Alesmith Local Oasis Tiki IPA – This beer brings delicious aromas of Tiki cocktails directly to your local oasis (AKA your backyard). Stuffed full of Galaxy hops, Aloha hops, and fresh coconut, this hazy gem bursts with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus, all followed by a full-bodied and smooth finish. 6.4% ABV
Bruery So Happens It’s Tuesday – 2020 version. Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, 15.3% ABV
Fair State Chill State Hazy IPA – Hazy IPA collaboration with Modist. Fermented cool with an expressive German yeast, hopped with Idaho 7, Sultana, and Simcoe Cryo. Bright, citrusy, tropical, and delicious. 6.5% ABV
Fair State Pahlay Hazy Pale – A vibrant and tropical pale ale brewed with flaked oats and Citra/Simcoe hops. 5% ABV
Fair State Grey Matter – A dry, bitter, and mildly funky Grisette – a farmhouse style characterized by low ABV, a high percentage of wheat, and lots of dryness. 4.6% ABV
Fair State Sun & Rain – Originally a Berliner Weisse, Sun & Rain aged for almost a year in 45th Parallel whiskey barrels that had previously held a spontaneously fermented cider on its way to becoming apple brandy. 5.3% AB
Fair State Farm Lunch – Farm Lunch is a barrel-fermented sour beer with raspberries, tart cherries, and vanilla beans. A fun and inviting fruited sour – bright raspberry, cherry, with the smoothing/sweetening note of vanilla rounding it all out. 5.6% ABV
Maine Beer Co Fall Coffee Stout – Flavors of dark chocolate and Coffee with notes of coconut, cedar, citrus and blueberries. Brewed with Ethiopian cold brew. 5.6% ABV
Odd Side Bombon de la Muerta – A bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with chocolate and dead sea salt. 14% ABV
Odd Side Mosaic Dank Juice – 100% Mosaic hopped version of our New England IPA. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, and berries give way to a smooth, hazy beer with citrus flavors with a hint of pine. 6.5% ABV
Odd Side Double Dank Juice – A very smooth and juicy Imperial version of our Dirty Dank Juice. 9.5% ABV
Odd Side Blueberry Raspberry Lime Fruitsicle – Juicy, fruity, slightly tart ale brewed with lactose. Blueberries, Raspberries and Lime added. 4.5% ABV
Dogfish Raison D’Extra – Belgian-style brown ale brewed with brown sugar and raisins. 16.5% ABV
Lagunitas Sonomica – 2020 Woodshop Series. Sour Farmhouse ale aged in Sonoma red wine barrels with Brettanomyces. 8.2% ABV
Sierra Nevada Dankful – A resinous West Coast IPA brewed with Columbus, Chinook, Mosaic, Ekuanot, Nelson Sauvin, Zappa and Idaho 7 hops. 7.4% ABV
Einstok Doppelbock – Malted barley and chocolate tones define the traditional style, while the robust aroma and long, mellow finish make this the perfect companion for holiday feasts. 6.7% ABV
Einstok Winter Ale – Brewed with hand-cut and cured spruce tips along with smoked Icelandic barley, this is the perfect brew to complement your sagas of conquest and survival. 8% ABV
Brazos Valley Slippin’ Into Darkness – Slippin’ Into Darkness is a Russian Imperial stout, flavored with cocoa nibs and Jet Fuel coffee from Independence Coffee Co. 10.5% ABV
Brazos Valley Black No 1 – Coffee blonde ale, 5.4% ABV
Spindletap Hops Drop – Triple dry hopped with El Dorado, Motueka, & Citra this IPA packs loads of mango & stone fruit flavors. This fruitiness, along with minimal bitterness, makes this one of the easiest drinking IPAs around. 6.5% ABV
Tupps #24 TDH TIPA – Triple dry hopped triple IPA. 50% Centennial, 25% Chinoook, 25% Cascade. 12.1% ABV
