We at WhichCraft are big fans of our four-legged friends, which is why we’re excited to bring in former employee Joseph and his company BarkSwag for a pop-up event on Saturday, 10/27. They’ll be setting up outside from 10am-4pm to sell some of their locally-made dog bandanas. Check out their website for more details on their designs.
But before, don’t miss out on weekend events, starting tonight! We’ll have NOLA Brewing in from 5-8 to sample their Blonde and Pineapple Habanero Hopitulous. Then on Friday, don’t miss Brazos Valley
for a Pint Night with their Greetings from Brenham Brut IPA and Big Spoon Tres Leches stout on nitro.
And don’t forget to order this year’s Advent calendar details. Count down to Christmas with 24 different beers, each to be opened every day in December leading up to the 25th. Purchases can be made in person at or by calling us at (512) 655-2899. Here’s the skinny (deep breath…):
– We’ll be offering sealed boxes, each including 24 different 12oz. beers (because exactly 24 beers fit in a case…coincidence?!). Boxes will be pre-sold for $100+tax, and pickups will begin Friday, November 16. We ask that you pay in full when you reserve it, and you can choose which location you’d like to pick it up.
– We’ll only be selling a total of 80 of these holiday treats, so make sure to order yours now!
– Here’s the most supremely awesome part:
– Two GOLDEN BOXES will be created, which will look identical to all of the others. In each Golden Box, the 24 beers will equal TWICE the retail value of the normal boxes. That’s right, your math isn’t fooling you: your $100 box will contain $200 worth of beer.
– These Golden Boxes will be indistinguishable from their brethren, and even WhichCraft staff won’t know which will be the Golden Boxes. When you arrive to pick up your box, you get to choose at random from the boxes still available.
– There will be one Golden Box created for every 40 Advent Calendars sold.
NOTE: Shipping beers into, out of, or within Texas is prohibited by state law. So all boxes must be picked up in person (though sending a proxy is acceptable).

Stone Mojay IPA – Tropical, juicy, orange and citrus, subtle spice, bright fruit character with a nice bitter finish. And East-West hybrid; a hazy hop bomb with more bitterness than a typical NEIPA. Bruery/Collective Minor Miner – grisette-style ale aged in oak foeders with orange blossom and calendula flowers, inspired by traditional grisette beers enjoyed by industrial miners after a long day of labor. 5% ABV / Anaheim, CA / Availability: Decent
Upland Dragonfly – This IPA is a malty and hoppy brew. Note the clean malty fullness on the front of the palate with fruity citrus overtones, attributable to our special hops. Dry hopping creates a floral aroma, and our use of bittering hops lends a strong bitter taste in the back of the tongue and throat. 6.7% ABV / Bloomington, IN / Availability: Good
Upland Juice in Time – A New England style IPA with a juicy tropical hop profile. 6.5% ABV / Bloomington, IN / Availability: Decent
Zilker Utopian Festival – Hazy Pale Ale. A crushable, tropical festival ale. 5.3% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent

Firestone Walker Dark & Stormy – an exotic mashup of Helldorado and Velvet Merkin aged in rum barrels with a touch of hand-zested lime and ginger. Like its namesake cocktail, Dark & Stormy combines a rich sunset color with spicy rum goodness. Helldorado (blonde barley wine, 80%) sets the tone with its signature honey-coconut character, while Velvet Merkin (oatmeal stout, 20%) rounds out the blend with a hint of rich roastiness. 13.6% ABV / Paso Robles, CA / Availability: Limited
Firestone Walker Peachy Bones – California white peaches from Sanger, CA are fermented with a brett’d saison that has been maturing four months in French oak barrels. The synergy between fresh peach, wild microflora and oak components create a bright white peach flavor mingling with spicy yeast and oak aromas. 6.1% ABV / Paso Robles, CA / Availability: Decent
Celis Dubbel Coffee Porter – This unique beer pours a deep, dark, brown in color. The aroma is of roasted coffee, sweet caramel and prunes. Coffee is prominent in the flavor followed by sweet dark fruit and caramel. There is a roastiness to the malt and a slight chocolate taste in the finish. It is a robust medium bodied beer. 7% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good
