Off Flavor Sensory Training with Hopsimath

Join Laura Christie, Certified Cicerone and owner of Hopsimath, a beer education company, to learn about four different commonly found beer off flavors: Light struck, diacetyl, isovaleric acid and oxidation.
A $20 ticket gets you samples of each and 60-90 minutes of knowledge from Laura as she explains the science of what causes each off flavor and how to prevent them.
