Believe it or not, in our first 8 months of operating, we’ve yet to have local Belgian-style brewery Adelbert’s into the store for a tasting! We’re remedying that by having head brewer Taylor Ziebarth from the brewery into the store to sample out the latest release Sundowner, a 12% biere brut brewed & bottle conditioned with champagne yeast. It’s a very unique style that only a handful of brewers in the US attempt.

We’ll also be tasting the old standbys Tripel B and Flyin’ Monks as well as Taylor’s new side project called Oddwood Ales – the first release being a fully barrel fermented & aged saison with a spike of brettanomyces tartness. It’s a fantastic first release and we’re excited to see what Taylor’s brain will come up with next in this project.
