Literally, keep a lookout for our food menu relaunching in February. Our wine selection is beginning to grow in an au naturale way. Be prepared to see an ever growing assortment of rare, natural, and biodynamic choices, of which you can always enjoy in the store. We’re excited to share them with, so in true Whichcraft fashion, we’ll be here to give you the low-down on what piques your interest. Just ask!

Firestone Walker 805 Cerveza – They partnered with our friends at Salter Bros. Coffee Roasters here in Arlington to create this unique golden coffee lager. A rich aroma of your morning coffee complimented with lactose for a creamy mouthfeel and clean lager finish. 5.7%

Hop & Sting Big Trouble in Little D – This is a jasmine green tea latte IPA. This New England Style IPA has lactose added to give a velvety texture and a slight, creamy sweetness. The Jasmine green tea, Mandarina Bavaria, and Lemon Drop hop give a floral and citrus aroma that will make you feel invincible. 6% ABV
Hop & Sting Frigid Underworld – With an aroma of roast and dark fruits, the beer has a medium body and moderate sweetness from the lactose and oats to balance the roasted malts. 8.9% ABV
Odell Solarized Yuzu DIPA – Featuring the exotic Yuzu fruit, characterized by a zippy grapefruit-like flavor with notes of mandarin orange and lemon zest, we carefully crafted a citrus-forward Double IPA that’s certain to shine a light. 8.5% ABV
Ommegang Neon Rainbows – Double dry hopped IPA with Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, and Topaz in primary hopping, and Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Topaz dry-hopping. 6.7% ABV
Dubuisson Scaldis Peche Mel – The natural aromas of the peach extracts mingle well with the hoppy-bitterness of the Scaldis Amber. A sweet initial taste of peaches, soon developing with those characteristic Scaldis yeast flavours, all riding along on a firm body. The impression left is of a balanced fruit beer that tastes full in the mouth, gifting both palate and nose with lingering notes of peach. 8.5% ABV
Fair State Union Lager– Collaboration with Schell’s Brewing; a Dortmunder lager. 5.3% ABV
Jester King Hoppy 6 Grain Saison – Pirumel is a super dry pear mead with a light crispness. 12%ABV
Panther Island Imperial Sweet Fang– Amped up version of their popular peanut butter chocolate milk stout. 12.5% ABV
Panther Island IPf’nA Imperial IPA – An Imperial IPA that boasts a huge malt bill to balance out the bitterness and presents a nice caramel middle. Cracked coriander is used to give a mellow zest to the beer. Dry hopped with Cascade hops to give it the right amount of citrus nose. The spicy grapefruit flavors come from the blending of Summit, Columbus, and Centennial hops. 10.1% ABV
Son of Man Basajuan – Basajaun is more wild, more sour, more salty and more tall. Made from estate grown indigenous Basque cider apples in Zerain, Spain. 6% ABV
Son of Man Sagardo – Basque-style cider from the Columbia River Gorge. 6% ABV
Upland Found 500mL – After spending a weekend with our friends at Blackberry Farm Brewery foraging in the Smoky Mountains, we brought back several yeast specimens and isolated a few strains to begin the fermentation process. We collaborated with the Blackberry Farm brewers on a recipe to echo and enhance the unique characteristics of these yeast strains. Found is a delicate and tart wild ale that’s golden in appearance and brimming with lemon, clove & apple notes which are complemented by a dry and refreshing finish. 7% ABV
Upland Uncoil 500mL – A collaboration with Burial Beer Co. We fermented local malts from Sugar Creek Malt Co and with Brettanomyces in our oak foudres before aging for six months in our house barrels. After blending with our lambic-style sour ale, Basis, we added German hops for a subtle hop presence. Golden in appearance, notes of apple and pear are complemented by a tart, dry finish. 5% ABV
Weltenburger Kloster Anno 1050 – This golden yellow Märzen beer, a jewel of Bavarian brewing, combines an exceptionally fine scent with a light, fruity flavor. Full-bodied and spicy at the same time, the malt is emphasized from first sip to the finish. 5.5% ABV
903 White Chocolate Mocha Stout – Their White Chocolate Mocha Stout is inspired by your favorite coffee shop drink. But ours boasts an ABV of 11%.

Amaltea Brut Nature – Named for Amaltea, Zeus’s foster goat mother who suckled life back into the young god. This BIODYNAMIC Cava is just as fun as the label suggests. Classic blend, fresh frothy bubbles and unmistakable Spanish flavor! 12.5% ABV
Southhold Farm & Cellar Think Before You Jump – The fruit for this carbonic macerated Tempranillo hails from Robert Clay Vineyards, the only organic grower in Texas. This playful natural wine gives fresh notes of Raspberry and Strawberry. Fun, bright and interesting, this medium bodied red makes for a solid companion. 10.35% ABV

Omero Cellars 2017 Pinot Noir – This sublime Oregon Pinot comes from a tiny family owned winery in Carlton, OR. Everything is organic, hand harvested and hand crafted at Omero. Cinnamon, vanilla and sandalwood compliment the opulent cherry fruit along with notes of rhubarb and sassafras. 13.1%
Château de Fontenille Bordeaux 2018 – A very pleasant ruby colour. Full-bodied 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 14.5% ABV
Lost Draw Tempranillo 2018 – Lost Draw Cellars is committed to producing quality wines that highlight the unique terroir of the Texas High Plains. We pride ourselves on planting grapes that thrive in the semi-arid climate of the region and strive to continuously improve the growing process in a sustainable way to enhance the character and structure of our wines. Aged in neutral French oak. Tasting notes of rich plum and dark red fruit, nice cinnamon spice finish, hints of toasted coconut. A more mellowed take on the Spanish classic. 13.2% ABV

Celis Dubbel Coffee Porter– a robust yet smooth, deep chestnut-colored porter with demure chocolate undertones from the infusion of organic, cold-pressed Guatemalan and peruvian coffees. ABV 7%
