Texas Keeper Cortland Demi-Sec – This is a Cortland-Honeycrisp blend that reminded us so much of German Rieslings, it’s a tad sweeter than their typical dry ciders. Citrus blossom on the nose, honeyed apricot on the palate, this is their first “Demi-Sec” cider. 7.4% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good

Flying Man Supersonic Blonde – A simple refreshing easy drinking beer. Light golden ale with a subtle fruitness. Smooth with a slight sweetness that is blended fantastically with a lot dose of hops. 5.5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good

Uncultured Ales Ode To Dolores – Ode to Dolores is a mature, barrel aged light golden sour ale refermented with cranberries, cinnamon, and vanilla beans. This combination of flavors and aromas puts us in the mind of Thanksgiving, but timing sour beers is a tricky business, so we hope you enjoy it whatever the time of year! 5.5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)
Uncultured Ales C-A55 – C-A55 is a mature, oak barrel aged sour red ale, fermented with naturally occurring wild yeast and bacteria from the Austin area. This beer was inspired by RU-55, the sour red ale from Jester King, and the name is a somewhat self-deprecating vanity mash-up of the brewer/owner’s name Cass and RU-55! 7.9% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Zilker Snake Juice DIPA – Snake Juice is a 9% double IPA characterized by intense tropical flavor profiles. The Zilker Brewing team combined Azacca, Citra, and Hallertau Blanc hops with a simple grain combination, to allow the hops flavors to scream. While a normal IPA has about 2-3 pounds of hops per barrel, Snake Juice requires 11 pounds of hops per barrel. 9% ABV / Austin, TX
