Lakewood Salted Caramel Temptress – Temptress paired with the toasty sweetness of creamy caramel, balanced with a touch of sea salt. It’s a gourmet glass of gooey goodness. 9.1% ABV

Modern Times Mega Space Ways – This yoked-out version of one of our beloved seasonal IPA’s was turned up to 11 and stuffed with unreasonably quantities of Nelson, Motueka, and Simcoe hops. 8.2% ABV

Texas Keeper Honey Thief – Honey Thief is made from Rome Beauty & Northern Spy apples double fermented with our own Texas Keeper estate honey. The result is a brilliant combination of orange blossom, honeysuckle, jasmine, crisp apple and nectarine. The Cyser was delicately back-sweetened with a touch of Texas wildflower honey adding a slight silkiness to the finish. 7.2%ABV

Bruery Partridge in a Pear Tree – This quadruple ale sings traditionally familiar notes of dark sugar, caramel, spice, and a Bruery twist with the addition of poached pear, for a well balanced, fruit-forward, ale. 11.3%ABV

Fair State Printing Money – Dry-hopped farmhouse table beer 4%ABV

Fair State Soft Pants – Wood-aged pastry stout with vanilla. This is a luxurious beer for those times when putting on real pants and leaving the house just doesn’t seem like a good idea. Notes of french toast and exotic spices, chocolate and vanilla. Collaboration with Barrel Theory. 13.9%ABV

Jester King Space Waves – Blended ale w/ lime salt & refermented w/ cherries. Collaboration w/Jolly Pumpkin. 4.8%ABV

Melvin Hubert Pale Ale – A welcomed hand shake to your taste buds. Light, crisp, fresh and a little bitty bitter. 6% ABV

Odd Side Tangy Dank Juice – Juicy IPA blended with an oak-aged sour. A tart, juicy, and delightful Dank Juice! 7%ABV

Martin House Little Red – Cherrywood Barrel-Aged Imperial Cherry Sour 12.4%ABV Limit 2 per person. 2x 12oz cans 

BFM Square Root 400 Saison – Saison brewed w/ cornalin & shiraz grapes aged in Saint Bon-Chien oak barrels. 6% ABV

Brazos Valley Slippin into Darkness Maple Pecan – This variant of Slippin’ into Darkness Imperial Stout uses cold brewed pecan coffee and a touch of maple to give it a comfort flavor profile perfect for the cooler holiday weather. 10.5%ABV

Tupps Ugly Sweater Holiday Spiced Amber – Amber ale brewed with holiday spices. 5.2%ABV

Founders KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge – KBS variant using Mackinac Fudge coffee, maple syrup and aged in oak bourbon barrels. 11%ABV

Avery Old Jubilation – A winter strong ale with a gorgeous mahogany hue, a hint of hazelnuts, and a finish reminiscent of mocha and toffee. No spices, just a perfect blend of five specialty malts. 8.3%ABV

Infamous Sally Skull – A collaboration with the Pink Boots Society; an India Pale Lager which has the bright tropical citrus hoppiness of an IPA with the clean dry finish of a lager. 7% ABV

Circle Tuxedo T-Shirt Black IPA – Rolling five deep, with its friends Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade, Columbus, and Zythos, Tuxedo Tshirt won’t hesitate to hop burst all over your taste buds…but in a classy way. 6.5%ABV

Firestone Walker Blueberry Luponic Distortion – India Pale Ale with hints of lime, blueberry & pomelo. 5.9% ABV

Modern Times Alien Radio DIPA – This outrageously tasty DIPA is a haze-filled festival of Citra, Idaho 7, Crystal, & Simcoe hops. Ready your face for a glorious detonation of stone fruit and tropical awesomeness with undertones of resinous pine that bring the whole thing together in a rather spectacular fashion.8%ABV
