As you might have notice from past dispatches, there’s a touch of sonic resonance pulsating through these words.  So indulge me, why don’t ya?

Well y’all, the world is changin’ yet again. Go figure, right? In a related tangent, I was one of those folks that supported that person that believed in science and the experts. Those experts put out some guidance today, and we will honor that guidance. While I’m personally vaccinated, I’ll be staying masked for the foreseeable future, ’cause I care about all of y’all.

Circle Fanny Pack Kolsch -Fanny Pack Kolsch is pretty rad. A crisp, refreshing summer beer, the Fanny Pack is as cool, functional, and fashionable as it’s namesake. Bursting with only German Huell Melon hops. ABV 4.8%

Hopworks Honey Porter -An award-winning, organic, robust American Porter that exudes clover and honey aromas with delicate notes of caramel with a light, roasty finish. 6% ABV

Hop & Sting Sir William’s English-Style Brown Ale -The English do it right, there is no doubt. But Texans do it better. This brown ale is based off of the traditional English style brown ale but carries a heartier malt profile and a more balanced approach to the style for the American palette. 4.8% ABV 15IBU

Hop & Sting Miracle Wheat -This American wheat beer has a light citrus aroma and a clean finish.  Seasonal fruit purees are added for a refreshing seasonal treat. Proceeds benefit Miracle League of Southlake. 5.5% ABV

Hopworks Rise Up Dry Cider -A dry cider made with a blend of English bittersweet apple varieties and a touch of pear for body. Rise Up Dry Cider delivers a nice balance of tannins and acid. 5.5% ABV

512 Helles Lager -(512) Helles is a Munich style pale lager that’s gold in color and weighs in at exactly 5.12%ABV (for real)! Super light, delicious, and perfect for the Texas heat, this beer is practically 100% Bestmalz Heidelberg malt, which is super light and crisp. Founders Mas Agave Grapefruit -The cocktail inspiration lives on. Our imperial gose is brewed with agave and sea salt before being aged in tequila barrels. But it doesn’t end there. Once it’s pulled from the barrels, it gets a dose of fresh grapefruit juice to ramp up the tanginess and to pay homage to our other favorite tequila-based cocktail, the Paloma. Sweet, salty, and mouth-puckeringly delicious. 9.7% ABV

Odd Side Ales Fuzzy Seltzer -Peach orange hard seltzer. 5% ABV

Oliver’s Lubrication Dry Cider -A collaborative cider with our good friend Tom Oliver of Oliver’s Cider and Perry. Oliver’s Lubrication is canned right here in DC at our Brightwood Park canning facility! This fine, dry, sparkling cider has been years in the making. Lubrication is composed of traditional English cider apples from Herefordshire orchards, creating a subtle citrus-like character with restrained floral and woody aromas. 6.3% ABV

Ciders of Spain Good Pretty Dry Perry -Viuda de Angelon is the first spanish sidra maker to make traditional Asturian home-style perry widely available. Wild-fermented pear juice is finished with a second fermentation that balances bold pear tannins and the natural sweetness of residual sugars. 5.5% ABV
