Sierra Nevada/Ballast Point Beer Camp Hoppy Lager – Last summer, Sierra Nevada collaborated with 12 US breweries and put out an incredibly unique 12 pack called Beer Camp. This year, they bring back the Imperial Pale Lager recipe that was the Ballast Point Collaboration. Crisp, hoppy & tasty. 7% ABV/Chico, CA/Ratebeer 96/Quantity: Plenty in stock
Uncle Billy’s & Christine Celis Gypsy Collaboration – Christine Celis is now with 78704 brewpub Uncle Billy’s and her latest Gypsy collaboration is very unique stylistically: a cold brew coffee-infused Belgian Dubbel Porter. While that combo may sound like it could be confusing, Christine & Trevor from UB’s actually pull it off incredibly well. Fruity Belgian esters play with the roasted malt and the coffee adds an astringent punch. We highly recommend this one! In 4 packs. 6.6% ABV/Austin, TX/Quantity: Plenty in stock
Founders Black Rye – This beer will surprise you with a big hop flavor and a toasty sweet aroma. Pours black from the chocolate and de-bitterized black rye malts. This ale is medium bodied and is well flavored with hints of toffee, nutty undertones and a dry crisp finish. This beer even has its own Untapped badge! 7.5% ABV/Grand Rapids, MI/Ratebeer 98/Quantity: Plenty in stock
Great Divide Espresso Oak Aged Yeti – Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout is a new addition to the Yeti clan. A generous infusion of Denver’s own Pablo’s espresso adds yet another layer of complexity to this beer, combining with the vanilla oak character, intense roasty maltiness and bold hop profile. 9.5% ABV/Denver, CO/Ratebeer 100/ Quantity: Plenty in stock
Saint Arnold Divine Reserve #15 Imperial Stout – DR15 has a rich malty body full of coffee and chocolate flavors and a spiciness derived from the combination hops and high alcohol. It was brewed with a variety of malts including 2 row pale, crystal, chocolate and roasted barley. It was hopped with Nugget, Willamette and Centennial. 10.1% ABV/Houston, TX/Beer Advocate 92/Quantity: Decent amount in stock
Texas Keeper Cider Weizen – The goal with TX Keeper’s latest release Ciderweizen was to marry the underlying pear and green apple notes from the Crispin and lemon-grapefruit of the Goldrush apples to the floral and spicied notes of old world Wit Beers and German style Hefeweizens. Ciderweizen is dry hopped, unfiltered, finished with a lively effervescence, and naturally gluten free. Notes of lemon, pear, coriander, cloves, hallertau hops with lingering orange peel on the finish. 7.3% ABV/Austin, TX
Ranger Creek Bourbon Barrel Imperial Brown* – Arriving Friday is the first release in Ranger Creek’s new bourbon barrel program. This Imperial Brown ale boasts loads of sweet caramel and toffee notes balanced with roasted malts and a rich creaminess. After maturing in first-fill bourbon barrels, the base beer has taken on some undertones of vanilla, earthy tobacco and an alcohol warmth. The characteristics of the bourbon barrel compliment the flavors of the imperial brown ale to create layers of depth for a complex monster of a beer. 10.9% ABV/San Antonio, TX/No ratings yet/Quantity: Plenty *arriving Friday
Seguin Honey Pecan Cream Ale – We’re excited to launch Seguin Brewing here in Austin. Their first release is a bomber of cream ale that is brewed with Texas pecans and honey. Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout – Brooklyn Dry Stout is a bold, reddish-black Irish-style stout, rich in color but low in alcohol and very drinkable. The dark colors results from brewing with roasted malts, lending Brooklyn Dry Stout a chocolate/coffee-like flavor with a bit of an espresso bite. 4.7% ABV/Brooklyn, NY/Beer Advocate 81
Great Divide Orabelle – This Belgian-style tripel is a golden beauty. Its two yeast strains, orange peel, and dash of corriander impart suprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. 8.3% ABV/Denver, CO/Ratebeer 89
Saint Arnold Spring Bock – An authentic, German-style Bock, celebrating the coming of spring. This strong, deeply flavored lager has been aged to create a smooth, malty taste with a hint of sweetness. A light addition of German hops balances the malt flavor. 6.4% ABV/Houston, TX/Beer Advocate 82
