I know you were just on pins and needles, but I got my first dose this past weekend. Have you? Those lovely folks at UT Health helped me get mine! And yes, I put a hyperlink to help you go get yours. It was super (insert your positive adjective here) and gave me the side effect of believing in humanity again. Not too shabby. Heck, if you’re confused or overwhelmed by the website, pop into the store and I’ll help you with it. Promise. If I’ve learned anything over the past year, it’s the kindness of strangers that’ll get us through this.

Oh, also worth mentioning, we’ve grown our hours back! So they go as follows: Monday 8am-9pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday & Saturday 8am-11pm, Sunday 12pm-9pm. Just know, we’re also cooking up something tasting for the end of the month.
We’re keeping Legal Draft Brewing in Arlington on retainer as our April Brewery of the month! We’ll have 6 packs of Accused Amber Lager, Nowhere But Texas Lager, and Smash and Grab IPA, all coming in at $8.99!

Back in Stock – Aval Cider Rose, City Orchard Lavender Royale, 512 Juicy IPA, Tupps Grapefruit IPA, Tupps Alpha Drop, Hedgehog Happy Place,
Hop & Sting She’s Intense -The first in the Frog & Scorpion Limited IPA Series. It is a collaboration with the NTX Pink Boots Society Chapter. The recipe was formulated by and brewed by Betsi Good. This is a hazy has a complex malt profile to go with the 2020 Pink Boots Blend hops (Azacca, El Dorado, Loral, and Idaho Gem) with a touch of Ekuanot. The aroma is pineapple, mango, and peach, with a touch of pine. Finishes juicy sweet.. 8.5% ABV
Belching Beaver No Worries -No Worries IPA is the epitome of a true West Coast IPA, but with a twist of modern-day hops & aromas. This hop forward West Coast ale pours clear with a nice bubbly head. Aromas of dankness and tropical fruit jump from the glass. 6.2% ABV
Modern Times Star Cloud -There is simply no way to adequately prepare your taste receptors for the jaw-dropping deluge of flavor contained herein. Packed with financially irresponsible amounts of incredibly choice Citra, Cashmere, and Motueka hops, this hazy IPA is a miraculously tasty juice-bomb replete with notes of tangerine, lime, citrus, and tropical magic. It’s a seriously excellent combo that may leave you with an intense desire to high-five the can. 6.8% ABV
Bruery Meemaw’s Sticky Bun Stout -Dig into this bold barrel-aged imperial stout and experience a pipin’ hot plate of liquid sticky buns in your glass. This barrel-aged imperial stout is layered with pecans, maple syrup, and just a hint of cinnamon— imitating the warming flavors of freshly-baked sticky buns. This bakery is open for business. 10.2%ABV
City Orchard Mr.Green -Exclusively made from Rhode Island Greening apples, this cider is what green tastes like. 6.2% ABV
Jester King Citrus Froot Direct – They’re excited to introduce Citrus Froot Direct — Triple Dry Hopped Farmhouse IPA with Texas Dancy Mandarins & Hamlin Oranges! We brewed a dextrinous wort with raw wheat and flaked oats over a base of TexMalt San Jacinto 2-Row and Wildfire Pale Malt. We then pitched our mixed culture in stainless steel with a bio-trans dry hop of Ekuanot and Amarillo. Following primary, we refermented the beer with fresh, hand-juiced Dancy Mandarins & Hamlin Oranges from Orange Blossom Farm in Utopia, Texas west of San Antonio. We then dry hopped the beer two more times with Ekuanot and Sabro cryo before adding the hand-processed zest from the mandarins and oranges! 100% naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs. 6.6% ABV
Dogfish Head Mango Smoovie -Inspired by the fruit-based Indian drink lassi, Dogfish Head Mango Smoovie is a tart ale brewed with boatloads of mango and tangerine, lactose, vanilla, a touch of rose water and yellow cardamom. The result is a fruit-forward libation with sweet mango and vanilla flavor on the front and a subtle, warm spice finish. 6.5% ABV
Lagunita’s Waldos’ Special Ale -In 1971, the Waldos met one afternoon at 4:20 in the front courtyard of their school near the statue of Louis Pasteur. They set out in a ’66 Impala armed with a “treasure map” on a journey to find a secret garden near Point Reyes. They met there at the same time every day and continued their quest. They never found the secret garden….But they keep lookin’. The dankest and hoppiest beer ever brewed at Lagunitas was made with help of the Waldos for all treasure hunters. Cheers! 11.2% ABV

Fumees Blanches Rose -Les Fumées Blanches Rosé 2017 is a grey-coloured rosé wine with intense aromatic notes dominated by pink grapefruit, accompanied by redcurrant, pear and citrus. The grapefruit returns on the palate and there is a smooth and fresh mid-palate with a persistent finish and a subtle mineral touch. 12% ABV
Mas Janie Syrah-Grenache -Attractive deep red colour. Concentrated nose of black fruit, liquorice, complemented by fresh notes of strawberry and raspberry. Good roundness on the palate with plenty of suppleness in the mouth, the tannins are dense with an elegant structure. Aromatic finish with black fruits. 14.5% ABV
A to Z Pinot Gris -The A to Z Oregon Pinot Gris is refreshing and lithe on the palate. Aromas of Meyer lemon, lemon verbena, tangerine, apricot, peach, apple, pear, quince, melon and honeysuckle add a hint of sweetness to the air around it. The weight is impeccable with perfect balance and integration hitting all points of the palate. Incredibly versatile at the dinner table with flavors of golden apple, roasted coconut, citrus and pineapple appealing to the last splash in the glass. 13.5% ABV

Modern Times Mythic Worlds – Brewed with mountainous heaps of Galaxy, Motueka, Mosaic, and Sultana hops, this staggeringly delicious IPA sports big, beautiful notes of peach, passionfruit, and tropical radness over a backbone of ripe citrus. It’s a jaw-dropping spectacle of liquid wizardry that encircles the taste buds and warms even the darkest corners of the soul. 7.5% ABV
Ingenious Infinity Hopped – Triple IPA made with over 10 varieties of hops in boil, dry hopped initially with Simcoe and El Dorado, then Eureka and Galaxy, and finally Citra and Mosaic. 10% ABV
Belching Beaver Phantom Bride – Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness. 7.1% ABV
Independence Cowboys From Helles – Light A tribute to Texas’ baddest band, this crushable lager comes at you like a beer out of hell. Helles is the German word for bright, “so out of the darkness and into the light, sparks fly everywhere in sight,” your thirst gets shredded like a Dimebag Darrell solo “cause high noon, your doom” and no sooner than your first sip, “the deed is done, Cowboys From Helles won!” 4.5% ABV
