Champion Blacklight Tapestry Porter – Black Light Tapestry weaves together flavors of chocolate, chicory coffee, and cascara, and has a soft, creamy finish. This porter has a 5.0% ABV and an IBU of 25. An opening in Champion’s portfolio of IPAs and lagers led us into the darkness, and we’re pleased with the result. The familiar glow in the can’s artwork is reminiscent of art found at flea markets, Spencer’s Gifts, some teenagers’ bedrooms, and head shops. We hope that our robust porter can guide you back to a time when life was full of wonder and individual exploration. Grab some vinyl, put on some headphones and surround yourself with Black Light Tapestry. 5% ABV

El Segundo Power Plant TIPA – Notes- “Behemoth” is a term not to be used lightly, for it’s reserved for the things in life that truly are monstrous. So when we tell you that Power Plant Triple India Pale Ale is a behemoth of a beer, you can rest assured that we are not mincing words. The hop cocktail is designed to overwhelm your senses, resulting in aromatics that challenge even the most refined of noses to distinguish a single note. Yes, Power Plant is as majestic as it is mysterious. And like an untamed beast in the wild, don’t let this one sneak up on you, lest ye be #PowerPlanted… 11.1% ABV
El Segundo Radioactive Fallout – After our brewers blasted Power Plant and Nuclear Power Plant with hops, they hung around a little too long, breathing the residual “radioactive material” that had propelled into our brewhouse and decided to make a hazy…aptly named Radioactive Fallout. Brewed with Galaxy, Nelson and Centennial. 6.5% ABV
Jester King New Clear Fishin’ – They’re happy to introduce New Clear Fishin’ — Two-year-old spontaneously fermented beer brewed with heather, myrica gale, gentian root, & meadowsweet in collaboration with Cambridge Brewing Co.! Back in the fall of 2018, we were visited by the legendary WILL MEYERS of Cambridge Brewing Co. in Cambridge, MA. Will is one of the pioneers of barrel-aged wild beer in America having started his program at Cambridge in 1998. We were inspired by Will’s program and beers when we began making barrel-aged wild beers ourselves in 2010. They brewed the wort in November 2018 with Blacklands Pale Moon and Brownfield 10 malted barley, spelt, rye, oats, East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops, heather, myrica gale, gentian root, and meadowsweet. We let the wort chill overnight in our coolship to collect native microflora before 100% spontaneous fermentation and two-year maturation in oak. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned. 4.4% abv.
Jester King Pattinson’s Porter – Ron Pattinson visited back in March to speak at the brewery and collaborate on a beer. He brought with him a rare historical recipe for an East German Porter from the early to mid 20th century. These porters were heavily toasted, highly hopped, and brettanomyces refermented. As a take on this recipe, we pitched our mixed culture which contains several strains of brettanomyces rather than refermenting with brettanomyces.
Untitled Art Chocolate Raspberry Imperial Stout – Imperial stout with raspberry puree and milk sugar. 11% ABV
Untitled Art Oat Cream IPA – In collaboration with Finback Brewery, we created a follow-up Oat Cream IPA! Version 2 still comes in at 7%, but we turned the creaminess up to 11 by having a third of our grain bill made up of oats. To balance the creaminess with some bittering bite, we made a hop combo of citra, mosaic, wai-iti and Galaxy.
Mama Bear Hard Kombucha Lavender Lemonade – It’s a juicy, bright, tart lemonade, finished with floral notes of lavender. 4% ABV
Adelbert’s Passion Fruit Party – Rotating Hop Passion Fruit IPa. 6.6% ABV

Left Hand Death Before Disco – Get ready to turn up the volume. Death Before Disco Porter is an American riff on a classic beer style, and this dense, dark liquid makes a massive sound. Dark cocoa, fresh-brewed coffee, roasted malts and boysenberry jam lay down the beat. A medium-full body, subtle sweetness and light bitterness bring a headbanging rhythm. Amplify your palate and make some noise. 6.0% ABV
512 Gin Barrel Wit – Gin Barrel Wit is our classic Belgian style witbier aged in freshly emptied gin barrels. These barrels were ex-bourbon, meaning they first were used to aged bourbon. 512 Double IPA – A Double India Pale Ale heavily hopped with over 4 lbs/bbl of Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook and Amarillo. This is a big, malty ale with delicate hop and rich malt aroma, complex hop flavor and sustained smooth hop bitterness. Live Oak Gold – A North German-style pilsner, cousin to our Czech-style Pilz. Gold is dryer and crisper, with more focus towards the floral Noble hops from the Hallertau region. The clean fermenting German lager yeast allows the hops to shine through the subtle, dry malt profile. 4.8% ANV
Martin House Orange Cinnamon Roll Sour – Sour with Orange, Lactose, and Cinnamon. 5.2% ABV

Belching Beaver Ohms – The first thing you’ll notice is the bright, citrusy aromas coming off of this generously dry-hopped Pale Ale. There’s a ton of lemon peel and grapefruit aromas, along with a generous pineapple note. The flavors blend the citrus notes with some light pine to give a more nuanced and complex tableau that isn’t found in a lot of pale ales. The finish is nice, light, and refreshing. Hands down, one of the best thirst-quenching and yet flavorful beers we’ve ever brewed for you all. Don’t resist your curiosity and pick up this amazing Deftones collaboration! 5.5% ABV

New Wines This Week (On-Premise Consumption or Off-Premise Consumption)
Egon Gruner Veltliner – Harvested at 50hl/ha, the grapes are whole cluster pressed and vinified in stainless steel at 18ºC. With great acidity, this Qualitätswein wine is bottled not under bottle cap but beneath Stelvin screwcap, as required by Austria’s DAC for a wine of this quality. In the spirit of Vienna’s Heurige, young and fresh wines that are drunk locally in the winemaker’s tavern, we bring you Egon Grüner Veltliner in a 1-liter bottle. Hailing from Niederösterreich (Lower Austria) in Kremstal, Egon is made exclusively for T. Edward by a family that’s been making wine in the region since 1868. Sustainably farmed on soils of Loess and Konglomorate, these vines grow along the right bank of the Danube across from the Wachau alongside some of Austria’s oldest vines. With vineyards facing mostly east or south, the unique soils and continental climate yield wines that are fruity, spicy and peppery with great minerality. 13% ABV
Loxarel 999 Brut Rosat – The Pinot Noir comes from Pla de Manlleu, the highest area of the Penedès, at 700m above sea level. Maceration of the whole grape grain during 14 hours. It is subsequently pressed and placed in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is done at 14°C. The tirage is done by the end of January. The ageing in the bottle is moderate, from 15 months. In this sparkling, fruit and freshness are more important than the ageing aromas. 12.5% ABV
Pétillant Naturel Rosé “Éxilé”, Jousset – A Pét-Nat made from 40 year old Gamay vines planted in clay and chalk soils. Simply luscious on the palate with lively, red-berried flavors. Fermentation was started in older, large barrels and then finished in bottle. Lise and Bertrand Jousset moved to the Loire in 2003 seeking the freedom and reasonable cost of land that Touraine afforded to aspiring vignerons. Pétillant Naturels are sparkling wines that finished their fermentation in bottle resulting in a cloudy wine due to the spent yeast. 12% ABV
Tendu Mataro – California cool / low-interventionist iconic producer came up with the Tendu line so he could make vibrant, top quality wines in an affordable, everyday drinkable way. These wines have no fining, filtration or added sulphur, and are meant to be drunk upon release (abundantly). Purple and blue florals, wild blueberries, thorns and dusky perfumed plum glide through this medium bodied (12 degree) mataro (also known as mourvèdre, and monastrell, neither of which are known in the states any more than mataro). Tannins are muddied and softly grippy, cushioning the fruit to a stony, lightly nutmeg spiced finish. Beauty with a chill. 12.5% ABV
Pas de Problem Pinot Noir – Pas de Problème is the answer to the problem of finding a casual, affordable, highly drinkable Pinot Noir. Pas de Problème Pinot Noir is driven by aromatic notes of raspberry, red-currant, and wild strawberry, with a nuance of mocha and spices, silky tannins, and a delicate texture. 13% ABV
La Maldicion Tinto Para Beber – Varietal/Blend: 85% Tempranillo / 15% Malvar. Part of this wine’s name “Tinto para beber” (literally “red wine to drink”) stresses this fact. Expect a young, direct, fresh wine with red fruit (blueberries, berries) and violet aromas followed by a balsamic and spicy (pepper, licorice) palate. 13.5% ABV
Norton Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon ’16 – The wines of Norton Ridge are a testament to our relationships with growers and vintners in the Valley and beyond.Norton Ridge wines are produced with a clear goal: to make straight-forward, food-friendly wines. This goal is attained through a process that begins in the vineyard, where high-quality grapes provide a base for the wine. The grapes chosen for these wines are from select vineyard sites in Sonoma and Napa counties. The winemaking style is one of little intervention. No new oak is used (none at all in the Chardonnay and Cabernet) to allow the fruit and varietal characteristics of the wines to shine through. Both the Merlot and Chardonnay are clean, bright wines that pair well with a wide variety of foods.
Forte do Cego Red – Quinta De S. Sebastian red wine blend. Garnet color with notes of ripe fruit and a spicy touch. Fresh and elegant with soft tannins. 13% ABV
Ramsay North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon – Kent Rasmussen truly believes that the North Coast has the perfect terroir for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. He spent years searching the appellation for the best “vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else”. For this wine, most of the fruit comes from Sonoma, but there are a couple vineyard lots from Napa Valley, and Lake County as well. This Cabernet smells like cherries and red currant, vanilla, hazelnut and subtle undertones of spices. These are carried forward to the palate with bright, rich fruit flavour with plenty of soft tannins. This wine is the perfect partner for rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes full of flavour! 13.6% ABV
Pull Chardonnay – Aromas of ripe, tropical fruits lead into hints of orange peel on the nose. Flavors of white peach, melded with finely balanced oak offer a palate full of delicious surprises. The wine’s mouth-feel reflects the creamy textures of great Chardonnays and, typical of our winemaker’s style, it is balanced with refreshing acidity. The oak contribution has a number of different winemaking techniques. Some portion of the wine is fermented in brand new oak with continual lees stirring (called Batonnage) while another is fermented in neutral white oak, again with continual lees stirring and extended lees contact post ferment. These portions are blended with wine that has been exclusively stainless steel fermented to add both depth and complexity. Therefore, you receive the full array of flavors that the variety has to offer. Skillfully blended, this wine represents the finest warm Chardonnays have to offer. 14% ABV
