Looking to join the WhichCraft team? We’re looking for a unique individual with management and industry experience who will work 4+ shifts per week managing daily tap room operations, customer experience and our staff.
Role Summary:
Responsible for shift leadership and on-the-ground management of all aspects of WhichCraft Tap Room and Bottle Shop. Direct store leadership and management of all store personnel. Hiring/firing decisions in partnership with General Manager. Responsible for creating & enforcing accountability from all store personnel.
Responsible for profitable management of store finances – revenue, gross margin, inventory, P&L – including but not limited to buying, at risk, merchandising, discounts, physical inventory, cash management, safety and security and many more. Must maintain professional and customer-friendly environment and coach/manage part- and full-time staff to the same high WhichCraft standard.
Must be well versed in customer service and hospitality industry practices and must bring a positive attitude to work. Must have 2+ years experience in a leadership/management role in a service/hospitality/event business.
