AllTech Alo’Hop IPA – A nose of pineapple and mango arrive from the double dry hopping with Simcoe, Calypso, Comet and Amarillo hops. Smooth malt profiles with a tropical punch. 6.5% ABV
AllTech Blackberry Porter – This bold and dark beer has a nose of fresh blackberries, and features notes of roasted malt, chocolate and vanilla on the palate. Finishing with the flavor of blackberry jam reminds you that spring has almost arrived. 8.3% ABV
AllTech Bourbon Barrel Ale – Our Kentucky Irish Red Ale is aged for at least six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle, yet familiar, flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. 8.2% ABV
Prairie Moscow Mule – Double hard seltzer with housemade ginger syrup and fresh lime juice. 8/7% ABV
Bell’s Hopslam – Starting with six different hop varieties added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. 10% ABV
Pinthouse Pizza Training Bines – This IPA forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from the Simcoe and Mosaic Lupulin powder, and Citra hops. 7.2% ABV

Left Hand Bittersweet Nitro Imperial Milk – Big & bold, Bittersweet Nitro is the ultimate expression of our classic milk stout. A special blend of Indonesian and Ethiopian coffee beans weaves rich berry notes with spicy undertones into our 8.9% imperial milk stout. Combined with the super smooth mouthfeel of nitrogen, the result is like a chocolate-covered espresso bean that melts in your mouth. Rich and robust while staying chocolatey and creamy, it’s a Bittersweet treat.
Alesmith Speedway: Espresso & Madagascar Vanilla Edition – An imperial stout brewed with tons of Madagascar vanilla and a bold espresso blend to give the beer intense notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and dark fruit. These rich and complex ingredients balance the roasted complexity of the beer, creating the perfect blend of flavors. 12%ABV

Bruery Goses are Red – Goses are Red is a stylish funky, crisp and tart gose ale inspired by the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based ale begins with some of the qualities you’d expect from a gose, including coriander spicing and a light saltiness to complement the tartness imparted by our house cultures. 5.6% ABV
Bruery Offshoot Visions DDH – Think of this as a super-charged hazy IPA, with a healthy dosing of hops to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, with a soft, round mouthfeel. 6.9%ABV
Jester King Grim Harvest – Farmhouse ale refermented with “spent” blackberries from Nocturnum Chrysalis. 5.8%ABV
Jolly Pumpkin Bam Noire – Dark, smooth, delicious. Aromas of worn leather and cool autumn nights. Notes of sweet plum and toasted raisin, hints of coffee and cacao. Lingering tart and refreshing finish. Only available for a few short months. Not to be missed. 4.5%ABV
2020 Lakewood Bourbon Barrel Temptress – Bourbon Barrel aged Temptress, Imperial Milk Stout. 11.8% ABV
Lakewood Muy Importante – A true Mexican style lager with the addition of subtle orange, lime, agave and sea salt. The result is a refreshing, easy to drink beer. 4.7% ABV
Modern Time Fruitlands Strawberry Limeade – This yoked-out version of one of our beloved seasonal IPA’s was turned up to 11 and stuffed with unreasonably quantities of Nelson, Motueka, and Simcoe hops. 8.2% ABV
Saint Arnold Commitment Stout – Pours a rich darkness – no light passes through – topped with a mocha colored head. The aroma is filled with molasses, vanilla, baker’s chocolate, and rich dark fruit from our house yeast. The flavor profile starts with rich chocolate and raspberries that are dipped in honey, then builds on dried dark cherry notes, and finishes with wine like silkiness. 13.4%ABV
Saint Arnold I Love You This Much – Commitment Imperial Stout w/ Raspberries. 12.8%ABV

Anjos Vinho Verde – Anjos de Portugal is made by Quinta da Lixa, a family-owned property in Vinho Verde’s Minho region. They use traditional Vinho Verde varieties, Trajudara, Arinto and Loureira to create this aromatic, dry white. 9.5% ABV
New Draft Beers This Week (On-Premise Consumption or Off-Premise Crowlers)
(512) Juicy IPA – A citrus juice and fruit explosion brewed with Bravo, Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic plus a couple of organic New Zealand hops. 6%ABV
Austin Beerworks Sun Shovel – A blast of hops meet an ancient Norwegian yeast strain to create an insane citrus explosion. A wheat beer the Austin Beerworks way. No fruit wedge required. 4.5% ABV
Live Oak Pre-War Pils – After the repeal of prohibition, World War I still loomed large in public consciousness. Consequently, these beers were commonly known as “pre-war” pilsners. This 1912 recipe, mashed with one-third corn grits in a cereal decoction mash is a fine example of american early 1900s brewing. 5% ABV
Zilker Future You – This dark lager is rich and crisp. With subtle notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee followed by the refreshing lightness of the lagers you love. Here’s to all the places you will go, here’s to seeing all your favorite people and here’s to future you. 5.1%ABV
Family Business Eyes Like the Sky Hazy IPA – Drift away on clouds of citrusy creamsicle stone-fruit juicy goodness 5.8%ABV
Meanwhile Secret Beach IPA – San Diego Style IPA with a light biscuity malt character that allows the hop flavors to shine through. Notes of marmalade, blueberries and the devil’s lettuce. 6.2%ABV 55IBU
St Elmo Chico – A bready body takes the back seat for pungent American hops to steal the show. Moderate bitterness tees up the citrus and bright-fruit blast of hops in your nostrils. The balance is so gnarly it gives you vertigo. 5.3% ABV
B-52 Table Tart Plum – A vibrant and fruity session sour loaded with plum puree and brewed with barley and wheat. 4% ABV
