North Coast Whiskey Barrel Aged Old Rasputin – aged special batches of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels for the XXII release. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin. 11.4% ABV

Odell Rupture – Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character. 6% ABV

Lakewood Punkel – Is there a better fall treat than pumpkin pie? Nope, which is why there are so many pumpkin beers out there. It’s also why ours is based on the dessert, not the gourd. Their twist: Punkel has no pumpkin. It’s a dark, malty German lager but with a lighter body enhanced by cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and ginger. Because who doesn’t like a little trick with their treat?

Weathered Souls Check – A non-nonsense, effervescent, fruity, spicy, delectable fall saison that goes perfectly with Texas BBQ & a beautiful Fall Texas sunset. The star of the show is the mixed culture fermentation; Jester King was able to show off their expertise in this area and knocked it out of the park with a perfect blend of yeast cultures. Heavy flavors of bubblegum and banana fade into a spicy mix of black pepper & cloves, and the hefty abv of 8.9% provides a warming, yet crisp finish. 8.9%ABV

Celis Peche – Celis Peche was first brewed by the Belgian Brewmaster, Pierre Celis in 2002-2008. It’s original recipe is inspired by the love of Texas peaches, unmalted wheat and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Resulting in a burst of mouthwatering orchard fruit and ending in a soft, creamy body, touch of luxury that every palate loves and is oh so refreshing. 4.9%ABV

WonderWerk Enzo Fresia Pet Nat 2020 – These vintners are Lambrusco lovers. As we tested coupe after coupe of fast red bubbles at a favorite downtown LA perch last summer, it became clear that we needed a car in the race. On a track filled with Lambo, we pay homage to Ferrari.

Enzo is a carbonic maceration of Freisa expressed as a pet nat riff on a Piemontese classic. Where in the heck did we find Freisa? The Siletto family farms a an incredible array of classic Italian varieties in Tres Pinos, near Hollister in San Benito County. 100% Freisa 12% ABV

Casa Libre, Siete Perros, Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 – Don´t be fooled by the apparent robustness of our bulldog Humphrey. Our Cabernet Sauvignon from the Los Guindos vineyard in Maipo Valley is friendly and easy to drink. Made with organic grapes hand-harvested from a carefully selected vineyard, this wine s pure and captivating. It was fermented with its native yeasts, and they didn’t use any kind of oak during its aging to preserve its freshness and fruit notes. 13%ABV

Bear King Monkey’s Bridge Hefe – This style has a distinct banana character with hints of clove. The dry finish, full mouthfeel, and high carbonation make this beer another one of our very easy drinkers. 5.8% ABV

B-52 Helles Bock – A Classic Helles Bock brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and Maris Otter malts alongside Saphir Hops providing a gloriously balanced pale bock.7%ABV

Zilker Neon Summer–  Hazy pale, mango, pine, bright. 5.2% ABV

Zilker Berry Fun–  This brew is a tart and colorful combo of blueberries and boysenberry. Complete with a monster inspired can by Gerardo himself. 7.5% ABV

Buffalo Bayou Keylime Pie – They whipped up a tart key lime flavored blonde ale with luscious, cinnamon-laced graham cracker and smooth vanilla. Pink flamingos and Florida alligators in your living room are optional, but not expected.

A soft, graham crackery sweetness melds with tart and tangy citrus notes to set your palate up for sour lime. Vanilla tops things off smoothly, leaving you hungry for another slice. 5.8% ABV

Founders Nitro Oatmeal Stout-  Breaching the astral plane in search of perfection, our newest IPA creation showcases South African hops for notes of wild grape, sweet orange, and ice cream shop on the nose, with a crisp mouthfeel that swirls and twinkles with hints of berry and cardamom. 6.3% ABV
